I joined Yoga Ayurveda one month back and would like to share that my experience has been amazing till now. I realized that yoga is not only about exercises and asanas but it is more of discipline, meditation ,how to focus on our goals and how to inclucate all these in my daily routine forever. Trust me it feels really good when you have a proper routine. Thanks to Yoga Ayurveda!

My involvement into Yoga and Meditation has not been very long however even in this short span of 3 months , I have experienced noticeable change in my physical and mental well being , thanks to Guruji under whose consistent guidance I have been able to manage my PCOD , Migraine issues and Stress levels much better. He is a patient , humble and warm-hearted teacher who truly cares for his students health. Hope to be connected with him for many more years to come..
