I have bought Dell model 5408 from this store. Its specification are good and a super light model at reasonable price. There was a scratch card offer which got me 400rs but due to some problem I didnt get the coupon. When asked the store owner he didnt help. Forget the service from these guys once the product is sold.

The store has no trained staff.I went for my laptop keyboard replacement, they were not able to do it ,so they gave lot of excuses.The worst thing was they were doing temporary work , applying tape and adhesive to make things work.Pathetic experience
