Employees are well behaved, but not so good relationship between the customer and the owner. Get all the offered (committed) products before purchasing the product. Otherwise you may face issues and sudden change in the behaviour of the owner.Reply: Sir, its not about the headphones, it is all about the commitment which you made when I am purchasing the product. You promised something and wanted to deliver something else, thats the only issue.
