All as expected. I wish the customer lounge had some air-conditioning or fresh air ventilation, the least you expect from a Toyota service centre. Service was On par.. Though the CRM was proactive, it takes the whole team to make the customer happy.

I had bad experience with non-professional behaviour of staff. They dont care about others time. I never got my vehicle on time,told by them whenever Id given it for servicing. Delaying the things is in their habit. Distance from the city and availability of transport is another major issue. Other things are good, as spacious and attractive building, enough place to park vehicles.

Worst experience, bad behaviour of servicing staff and they give false commitment after bill completion the refuse what they have said. They took so much time to contact with customer, my advice for all toyota customer do not service on toyota company.

Three stars for the spacious facility but MINUS STARS for the bunch of UNPROFESSIONAL- NEGLECTFUL- AUTOCRATIC - RUDE - IRRESPONSIBLE - CLUELESS - SERVICE ADVISORS.You can go and sit in front of them for as long as you can but they dont even show any courtesy to greet you or treat you on the first place, you have to initiate the conversation with them, even then they keep themselves busy with their own work and takes ages to assign a person to take a look at your vehicle.and if you are thinking of talking to them on phone for any query just DROP THE IDEA COZ THAT WILL NOT GONNA WORK, YOU MIGHT HAVE ENDED UP THROWING YOUR PHONE IN DISGUST. Service Advisor wont pick your call - luckily if they do then they tell you - i am very busy i ll call you back - which never happens.This CALL thing wont work unless you call to the higher authority like GM.thinking of writing to them(e-mail) and thinking of getting back their response is a myth. so dont even try.IMMENSELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
