Took a darjeeling, sikkim, bhutan tour in May 2017.Extremely worst tour ever, for our tour taken from these people.Lousy rooms arranged.Taken 16 senior citizens from ages 65 to 74 yrs retired doctors, professionals, professors etc, put them in third rate hotels with no lifts.All are financially sound. Everyone was told that accommodation will be excellent, but were shocked to see these low grade rooms.Made them forcibly climb stairs of 6 floors.Transport arrangements worst. Insufficient vehicles were arranged. No considerations were given to travel time. Therefore more than half sightseeing cut off. No time given for having proper lunch at a decent time for elderly people.Suddenly cancelled Bhutan tour by giving trivial reasons and arranged some other tour of their liking, stating exorbitant cancellation and rebooking flight charges.Never ever try these unprofessional, no commitment, lousy tour operators. Be careful of these kind.
