Excellent service and great food can’t fault them

We used La Freshco as the caterer at the dinner of our academic conference at the Natural History Museum in London, held in the Earth Hall. Canapes and cocktails served during the academic poster session were innovative and delicious. The team were efficient and prompt in readying the Hall for dinner after Museum closure. The three course Indian meal received great reviews from conference delegates. La Freshco provided an excellent service in accommodating our requested menu and spice levels.

Absolutely incredible. The whole process was so slick & professional.From the tasting, to dealing with our venue to our wedding day... nothing was too much trouble, everything was of the highest level - we were blown away.The service was second to none - friendly, professional and efficient - so many of our wedding guests said that this was the best wedding food theyve ever had!The drinks were flowing, the food came out at exactly the right times - it was a well oiled machine, despite our venues very stringent fire regulations - they took it in their stride and everything was perfect.We cant recommend La Freshco highly enough - brilliant!

La Feshcos food is amazing! Great favours and well presented. Their team is efficient and very helpful. They are very easy to work with and flexible when it comes to last minute changes to requirements. We had 250 guests and everyone was really complementary about the food. We will definitely use them again!

Excellent catering company! Before our wedding we met with a lot of different companies but nothing compared to the excellent and personal service provided by Vishal and his team. The food was to our taste and they really took on board our feedback. The team were excellent on the day; even when we were running earlier they made sure the food was delivered earlier to keep all our guests happy. All our guests had only good things to say about the food. Would recommend highly.

I ordered some food for my daughters christening. Basically, there was a return line for seconds and third servings. I would highly recommend lafreshco, great service , great food... Once again thanks for the lovely food its made the christening extremely special for my two young ladies..

La Freshco catered for my wedding in August 2019 - both the gurdwara and reception. The food was incredible, we got so many compliments, particularly for the food carts. The dosa food cart was a huge hit. It allowed us to have starters outside and created a cool, modern atmosphere. Working with the caterers was easy, they were always helpful and communicated well. The food tasting was great and we were able to try loads of different options. The staff on the day were brilliant. Couldnt recommend them more.

Great food, great service! Everything was perfect and it all went nice and smoothly on the day. Everyone enjoyed the food - the fish pakoras especially went down a treat! I highly recommend these caterers to anyone who’s looking to book them. La Freshco and team were booked for my pre wedding reception and the wedding day.I received so many compliments about the food and arrangements from so many people. The food was delicious.It was great working with Terry and Rahul! These two were absolute stars in keeping me calm and giving me the confidence they had everything in hard. The waiters were friendly and quick to respond to any requests.I will definitely be booking these guys again for future events!

Used them for our wedding and certainly wouldnt recommend using them...over promised and under delivered and werent even cheap. Didnt get any money back for all the corners cut...terrible. Many other better caterers out there.

Throughout we have had communication fromThe team and even visited our venue to make sure all was in order. Serena has been in the background doing what she does and Rahul was there on both days doing an amazingJob. Would always use these guys again. Exceptional caterers, I couldnt recommend them enough. Vishal, Rahul and Terry were a real pleasure to work with.We reached out to 3 caterers in the summer of 2018: La Frescho, Madhus and Preeti Catering. Madhus did not even get back to us on our initial request for a quote, and subsequently text us 6 months later saying Hi Aman, nice meeting you today. Who is Aman? Preeti Catering twice ignored our emails/requests for more information, and are clearly not interested in meeting new clients.La Freshco were fantastic from the off. They recommended venues, suppliers and when we met them at a wedding exhibition, they were not putting the hard sell on their services but offering unbiased opinions on everyone else.Their food is top notch. I could not find a bad dish amongst the range, and our biggest challenge was narrowing it down to a menu! The team took on-board any changes to spice and flavour and are happy to work with you to get the right balance.They were always there to give us options, or to clarify any misunderstandings on our part. They are the experts in their field, and it is definitely worth asking questions because they know what they are talking about.The service on the day was also exceptional. Need more food? It is already on its way. Need a drink? The bar staff serve promptly. Need to speed things up to catch up with the wedding schedule? No problem. La Freshco are so good they managed our other suppliers; such is their reach in the wedding community. If they vouch for a supplier, you are good to go.All in all, absolute pleasure to meet/work with the team.

LaFreshco is a family run business and that is how you know theyll bring a personal touch. They catered for all five of my wedding events and the reception of 640 guests was one of the biggest they had ever taken on, but the catering surpassed all our expectations. Every guest I spoke to complimented the food and service.Im particularly grateful to the team for going above and beyond what we asked of them. We never worried about having repetitive food because they had fun and fresh ideas for the menu at each event. From multi-cuisine live station food stalls at the pre-wedding, to a traditional dinner menu at the reception - they catered for everyone. They also oversaw the event management, which included things like liaising with the venues and sourcing an 8m bespoke bar and mixologists (all at a very reasonable price!).They also have a great reputation in the wedding industry and they worked really well with the other vendors, which made my life much easier. I really couldnt recommend these guys more - itll be one of the best investments you make in your upcoming event - and my family will certainly be using La Freshco for all our events in the future.

Friendly atmosphere pleasent place

For my wedding i carried out food tasting with over 10 of the large indian catering companies in london and I can honestly say the La Freshco service standards and style of cooking is the best ive had. I am very pleased to have chosen their services and had nothing but positive feedback.I will be sure to use them for every future event.

Excellent service and take the time to understand your needs. Are able to cater for huge gatherings as well as more intimate settings, highly recommend these guys!

Lack of customer service. We wanted to go with La freshco as they sold themselves well during the Tewin Bury farm open day. However a couple of months later, they became unresponsive and the customer service was non existent. We ended up going for another caterer.

I would like to thank Ashok Sharma ji and La Freshco catering staff for excelling in what comes naturally to them for catering at my son’s wedding reception party .The whole occasion was handled magnificently where we were able to enjoy the occasion to the full without worrying about food and drinks .This was a huge task in my eyes but La Freshco catering made it like a walk on the beach .As my guests were European as well as Indian food was finger licking and plentiful enjoyed by all .Ashok ji , please accept our thanks for a job well done where everything was done to detail and extreme professionalism.

Samosas were full of oil, pakoras were inedible as they were too hard after refryingChutney was runny like pani puri waterHonestly you need to improve breakfast service quite a bitLunch was acceptable standard, although setting up second serving station took time

Would CERTAINLY recommend if you want a quality service with amazingly tasting food! Ive been using LaFreshcos service, both for large and smaller events since 2014 - First used them for my own personal wedding, and I have to say, their food quality and quality of service has been impeccable!

Lafreshco catered for my sisters wedding at the end of July 2019. They catered for all the events for the sikh wedding. ladies sangeet at home the food was collected and was perfect. Breakfast and Lunch at the Gurdwara and again everyone loved the food. Then too top it off they catered for the reception which again was amazing. No 2 dishes were the same. Thanks to Vishal and Rahul and the teams.

I got married recently while on the day I can not fault them, they handled our needs flawlessly.But the lead up was a bit amateurish, la fresco faults started with their pitch to us, my family are south indian in origin and my new inlaws are gujarati the initial tasting to win the business was good food was great their chefs know their gujarati cooking.LA fresco subcontracts the south indian side to Ruby catering we discussed went tasted rubys food to get an idea of that menu we werent informed that this was our lot I hadnt signed a contract and therefore we as a family wanted the food to be right for the big day.None of the sales team advised us that the 2 tastings we had at la Freshco and Ruby catering during the tasting were all they provided, I understand that tasting costs money and you csnt have unlimited but we were taken aback when they were reluctant to second tasting at la Freshco even when we said wed pay for it.La Freshco said theyd help us with contacts and their sales pitch was very convincing. Once I signed and paid the 5k deposit all communications dried up. All their promises with event disappeared.It seems to me the execution of the executive teams is great for the 5 minutes and the last five but all the rest were abysmal, on the full amount my sister who was dealing with La Freshco contacted her saying the full bill hadnt been paid.A company that has so much business that doesnt care or track its customers payments means it isnt professional enough to meet your requirements and added stress days before the wedding trying to track down payment receipts is not professional.My advice for them, a hard copy of contract payments menu choices that reflects the master copy in the computer system is better than asking the customer to clarify menus and settings days before the wedding.1 star for communication5 stars for on the day performance.

Food was excellent and communication with La Freshco during the run up to the wedding was efficient and they were always responsive. Really good on the day as well and very helpful throughout the day.

We used Lafreshco for our wedding caterers, and they did such a great job. They were very professional, very helpful, answered all my questions, had meetings to keep me informed and go through every little detail.The food was very tasty and there is so much variety. Everyone at the wedding commented on how much they enjoyed the food. And the dessert was the best they ever had!Vishal and Serena did an amazing job from during the the planning of the wedding to the actual day! La Frescho are brilliant! The entire team from the management to the chefs and staff went the extra mile to ensure that all of our functions went according to plan. They managed the main event on 16th August 2015 where we had over 750 guests and they also provided catering for 4 days of large events (200-400 people) and 3 days of smaller ones (50-150 people). Their advice and attention to detail in the planning phases was spot on - all of my guests forwarded their praise for the food and service. Thanks again!!

Genuinely cannot find one good thing to say about this company, have been to a couple of events now where they have catered and can safely say I would definitley not use their services.Very unprofessional service from the quality of the food (tasted horrible like it had been made a long time ago and not fresh at all- ironic given the company name) to the service from their staff who when you did manage to eventually find someone that wasnt hiding in the kitchen, were very unfriendly and not attentive at all.

La Freshco catered for my wedding on 2nd June and what can I say everyone loved the food and service! My wife and I had a lot of help from the team in the build up to the wedding and on the day itself! The food was amazing - we had an afternoon tea and more food in the evening reception. All of our family and friends loved the food and havent stopped talking about it! Thank you Vishal, Rahul, Gemma and the rest of the team who helped add that special touch to our wedding day! We would definitely recommend La Freshco to everyone!

Amazing!Preet and his team did such an amazing job! Listened to everything we asked for and was always on point!The food was amazing and the service was great! With loads of staff to hand, there was never a table without anything!Preet did a very good job in organising such a fast turn around of the halls and keeping all the guests happy at the same time.Very clam and unstressed which was the main thing as it kept everyone else at ease!So I would like to say a massive thank you to Preet and team, we will sure be using very soon again!Thanks for making it the wedding of the year!

Just awful. I went to an event where they ran out of food for the bride and groom and their parents!! They promise anything in their meetings, and just do not perform on the day. By which time it is too late, the event is ruined and nothing you can do at that point. Very disappointing and generally the men in the La Freschco family are obnoxious and quite unsophisticated to deal with.
