Everything here is what you find in any other cafe except the chocolate part. Their dark chocolate is amazing. Outdoor seating is nice as it is away from the main road and is hidden/covered nicely from the fuel station side.Went again for breakfast. Ordered the scrambled eggs with spinach and mushroom & sourdough. The taste and presentation was average, nothing fancy. The hot chocolate was hot with less milk more water i guess.
Amazing place to get some hot molten lava cake. Its a bit pricey but itd worth every penny.The shakes over here are pretty amazing as well and theyre ginormous.I havent tried their coffee yet but definitely would recommend anyone to go over here for desserts.
So, I went there tomorrow not everything on the menu can be a star but their panini Sandwich was amazing and so were the complementary chocolates, but the pesto pasta could use some more spice, the Pina colada was a little too sweet for my liking but it wouldve been still good if only they had good customer service, I asked the waiter if we could get another table attached with out table since the table was too small for three people to eat he said no and instead bought another seat for us to use, even thought the tables werent fixed, then I asked him If we could get the patio umbrella over our table he said no but after some time he dragged that patio umbrella over another table. Their customer service was very irresponsible
From past experience of visiting Butlers chocolate cafe at Lahore, expectations were high from the islamabad branch also; but After multiple visits and equal number of disappointments, I think its safe to deduce that Butlers islamabad isnt all it was hyped up to be...At one visit, the service was awful...no one available to guide for seating...and when we settled down at an empty table (not displaying reserved sign) then a person shows up and tells us to vacate and we obliged without a fuss...another time, three different items ordered from the menu were not available and what was served was too hastily made, neither looked the part nor tasted like it...and the third and final time, we arrived and are told that the seating is full, wed have to wait 10 mins...we decide to sit in car to wait and inform them of it as well, while also providing them with the contact number to call us in if there is vacancy...were stuck waiting for almost an hour while they entertained walk-ins after us...upon asking, they apparently forgot...and even after that, they say they are full yet again...so all in all, a very bad few experiences at butlers...!!
5 star experience. Ambiance is nice they have outdoor sitting arrangements with individual electric heating. I ordered Cesar Salad and a cappuccino. This Salad is worth trying but they have stopped including boiled eggs (I wonder why) 🤔Coffee is fine blend of taste and texture which gives you warmth and comfort. On other thoughts I ordered Cream of Mushrooms soup which needs improvement.They need to expand the outside sitting arrangements as many patrons were waiting to get seated
The cafe has a wide range of breakfast options, signature chocolates and blends of coffee. The ambience, inside and outside dining options both exude contemporary haute cuisine - but its essentially a coffee place and it all comes down to how is their coffee.Average coffee, served in a luxurious environment but their to go (take away) coffee cups are the worst I have ever used, anywhere in the world. The dont retain the temperature, the lid pops open and they leak almost every time. You cant drink their coffee on the go.

Lovely place, and delicious food. The signature chocolate shake is a treat any day. Dont forget to ask for the complimentary chocolates; theyre deliciously creamy and smooth in the mouth. Sitting area is a bit small, but in good weather, outdoors is a perfect place to sit, have a cigarette and chat.
Their white chocolate latte is heart throb. Served with one bite chocolate of your choice. Today I tried their vanilla shake and it was lighter version of white chocolate latte. Best for diet conscious people.
Butlers Choclate Cafe is a fancy place in Islamabad, famous for its choclate desserts. The signature Choclate milkshake here is sooo good. Overall ambiance of the place is sooo good, specially the bathrooms are styled very nice and neat.The place is expenses though, average rate of a single item on menu is around 900 pkr.
Great new coffee place in Islamabad which is great competition for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf company a couple of shops down.Authentic tasting coffees and chocolate specialties. Must have. It can get a bit crowded since its relatively new.Give them a break. Theyre still new in town so service will not be optimal in the beginning. Also, remember that you are in Islamabad where the pace is a lot slower than Karachi.
Had the pesto chicken salad which wasnt exceptionally amazing. But its a great place to meet up with friends. Ill be trying out other stuff whenever I head there next.
Ive been to butlers a few times now and because its been so crowded I havent gotten the chance to sit down and take pictures and relax. Its just been a hot chocolate run.The butlers signature dark hot chocolate is fantastic. You cant get better than that in Islamabad.The white hot chocolate is awful. As good as the dark chocolate is wonderful, this is bad. So so bad.The mozzarella sticks are great!!!! Theyre the most wonderful things and very consistently good!The philly steak is mediocre and not fresh at all. Dont bother getting it.So the chocolate Affogato is the most weird thing. I loved it the first time I had it but that was take away. However, the thing is when I sat down to have it, the bite was all gone. Kinda broke my heart.
The food was decent, had the BBQ chicken panini which was good, Mediterranean salad was ok (nothing to write home about, and the granola and yoghurt was very nice and looked very good too. Overall a good experience.

So on a wintery Saturday evening my wife and i decided to drive all the way from Dha 2 to F6 Islamabad and try out the newly (not very newly) opened Butlers cafe.My wife had never tried it and only had a shake from Butlers in Karachi airport which is now closed. So we reached and had to wait for like 20 mins during which we sampled a few chocolates which in my opinion were yummy.After watching the amount of people coming in and going out of Butlers for a good 20 mins we were given our table.We ordered the followingHoney Mustard sandwichesPasta au GratinLemon ice teaHot chocolateThe pasta aur gratin was simply amazing but its not for a single person to eat and i feel they should have mentioned thatSandwiches were good. Perfect if theres tea.The hot chocolate was delicious.Lemon ice tea was just ok.All in all it was a good experience but i dont like going to places that are rushy and Ill wait for a few months till the excitement dies down to try other things here. Also they should really add to their chocolate selection since Lahore store has more variety of chocolates
Food was really really good, quality and quantity both were excellent each dish could fill 2 person. Atmosphere was outstanding including the interior. Just thePeople around were too much loud which was annoying.

One of the other reviewers mentioned that the dark chocolate here is amazing—I concur wholeheartedly. Thats about the only redeemable feature about this café unfortunately. Everything on the menu is quite average and what you would get at any other café in the city. At one point the server accidentally brought out two of the same chocolates instead of the two different ones we had ordered. Instead of leaving both of them at the table and coming back with the other one he had missed—he took the extra one back. This felt very cheap and strange given that the chocolates are quite small (you literally get one little piece) and so they arent exorbitantly expensive. It wouldnt have hurt to just let a customer have the extra piece of chocolate, taking it back was definitely a buzzkil. Id suggest better service and presentation, and an overhauled menu.
Ive been drinking coffee at all the Butlers coffee shops in Karachi since they first opened their doors, many years ago. My visit to this place was a disappointment, the order taker & waiters appeared harassed & confused, had to repeat all my orders.I suggest a capable Supervisor be appointed to maintain their usually brilliant service.
Good food, poor experience this time. No umbrellas outside. Had to sit in the sun, asked the staff to provide me seat in shade. They confirmed and later white foreigner family came and got that seat. All I got were Apologies.I asked the Shift manager for such mishandle. He politely apologize and told me he was in toilet while this happened. Sigh.We as a nation are weak and submissive. I wish the staff had the courage to tell that family that the table was my right as I came 20 mins earlier... I would have spared the table myself in courtesy.I gave 5 stars earlier but I am changing my review for this branch due to poor experience.
What a refreshing it is to see the famous Butlers Chocolate Café open shop in Pakistans capital Islamabad! They have served coffee, chocolatey treats and excellent meals & snacks for several years in other cities like Lahore. This is their flagship outlet located at F-6 Markaz. The outlet is true to its name. Tastefully designed. Excellent decor. Wonderful range of items. Excellent quality. Great service. Its just fantastic. Strongly recommended to folks!
Wastage of money. Sitting area is good for outdoor dinning, but menu is tasteless just like most of the places in Islamabad.

The servings are gracious and delicious and they are served with the best customer service.Sometimes its a bit overcrowded but that only confirms the fact of how exceptional the establishment is.They also cater to delivering your desserts to your car if its parled in the vicinity if you call them. Must try for anyome who has not been here yet!
The place had a really good ambience to it, with the smell of coffee in the air, however, everyone should be notified before hand that this is a place only available after booking. You cannot go in and just sit there for a cup of coffee.
Pasta was good, was disappointed by their sandwiches and pizza. Sat indoors , the ambience was good and staff were courteous.

Pros:1. The food is quite good. We had Pasta Au Gatin, utterly nutterly caramel cake, triple chocolate mousse cake and hot chocolate lava cake.2. The service was very good and waiters were very professional.Cons:1. The quantity of the pasta was quite less with respect to its price (990), also the bowl it comes in is very large so it looks quite less in it.2. We went in Feb and the temperature was too warm, we were almost sweating in a single sweatshirt.

I went there for a cup of Molten Lava Chocolate cake. I had very high hopes since its a very known place . But i was disappointed . It looked and tasted more like a creamy-foamy-brownie-type cake, instead of a standard molten lava cake. I am a huge fan of Lava cakes , but i will never visit this place again for it .
Their brownies and shakes are just amazing. The brownies had that hard crusty surface with that amazing chewy texture. And the chocolate had a hint of bitterness in the end , that just tasted amazing.
Taste and service was very good.We ordered a Philly steak with panini bread.And smoked chicken on a sourdough with spinach and mushrooms (recommended if you are diet conscious).Also ordered mozzarella cheese sticks as a starter which were very much fulfilling.Staff was very cooperative and cordial.And the view during out-door dining on a rainy and cloudy day of Margalla Mountains is ecstatic
Pasta with herbs tastes good, but its too much, they should offer someother side stuff with it as a taste change options. Ambience is good
This was our first visit with friends to this restaurant and we were a bit apprehensive about food choices for dinner. We played safe and ordered a pizza, fish and chips and a club sandwich with lattes followed by waffles with ice cream. The food turned out to be very good though and wasnt expensive too. We sat outside at first but shifted inside due to rain. Pandemic SOPs were being duly observed by the staff. All in all it was an enjoyable experience certainly worth repeating.

The servers all wear masks, gloves and sanitize their hands. The few customers I saw dining in were seated at some distance. Ill always prefer butlers when it comes to indulging in chocolates and hot drinks, so no worries about the food. Got a hot chocolate and a few assorted chocolates to introduce mom to the franchise. I think we have a winner!

Went there after a long time but i guess because of the pandemic , they had to reduce costs , so quality of food and products used in the food seemed of low quality resulting in inferior taste. Hope it improves soon.
