From the very beginning, Adam Browning and his team educated us, answered all our numerous questions and had the patience to walk us through various scenarios regarding the replacement of a damaged roof, 8 windows that had seals broken requiring replacement, replacement of a sun roof light, and the redo of much of our master bathroom. We had a complicated roofing job: one building of three-story town homes with high-pitched roofs. Scott Kerlin was our consultant. He was extremely professional, willing to take calls and answer questions. He responded promptly to calls, texts and emails. These guys are the best available! Mayan was my representative and I could not recommend him and IntegriBuilt highly enough. Every single thing he said, he honored. From the date and time of initial inspection, to the quote, to the quality AND workmanship was exactly as he stated, and even better. In less than 2 full days, they removed all of the old roofing, fixed everything that was damaged including things not even in the bid, and replaced 4400 square feet of pristine new roof. The guys doing the work were professional and considerate, and the place looks great now. If you need any roofing help at all, at least let them show you what perfection should be before you start with anyone else!

After a hailstorm, I was given Adam’s number as a recommendation. He was very responsive, came out and looked at the roof right away and found damage consistent for insurance to but a new roof. IntegriBuilt Roofing did an amazing job. I am the trustee of a church in charge of roofing. We had a small hail insurance claim for 2 of our 6 roofs, and hiring IntegriBuilt was one of the best decisions I couldve ever made. After a more thorough inspection by IntegriBuilt, they were able to identify additional damage that was caused by storms that was not included in the original claim. They used this information to negotiate with the insurance company so that the claim was increased to cover all 6 roofs, covering over 43,700 square feet and including shingles, flat roof, and metal roof types. Even with the new extensive job, our only out of pocket expense was just our deductible. This was a huge job that included electrical, plumbing, and AC contractors. IntegriBuilt went above and beyond by continuing to negotiate with the insurance company, staying in constant contact, and providing daily progress pictures. I used this company about a year or so ago, only for gutters.. their prices were higher than the other quotes I got, but went with them based on reviews. The assessor who first came out was friendly and was on time and excellent in general. He gave me a quote and we moved forward. However, they contract out labor like most companies, and the laborers they contracted out for me, did a terrible job on gutter install. At first, everything seemed to work OK, but as soon as we had the first heavy rainfall, the gutters failed (ended up tilting downward) and didnt work properly. The water would cascade over the edges despite the gutters being clean and leaf guards being put in place. I tried to contact them and the assessor told me his gutter guys were busy, so I just decided to move on with someone else.I finally managed to get a local gutter guy to come out and look at them and he shook his head and laughed when he saw the gutters and the shoddy way they were installed. He also said that the slope of the gutters were incorrect and they were holding any water that entered them instead of draining.I generally like to go back to companies that Ive had good experiences with, and thought this may be a future roofer for me, but this experience doesnt make me want to do that. Maybe the roofers they hire are better than the gutter guys, but I wont be back, nor will I recommend them to friends.

Everything about this company is 5 stars. They will first meet with you, inspect your roof and discuss your options to replace your roof or not. I appreciated that the representative did not push me to replace the roof but only discussed the condition of my roof and provided me with options to help my decision. During the construction process they were also able to provide me with time lapse photos of the work being done and a final photo of the job completion. I cannot say anything better about this company, they were professional, good quality and the job was complete before I arrived home from work.

Living in North Texas for over 30 years I have had to replace several roofs due to hail damage. This time I used IntegriBuilt Roofing and was very pleased. I had a new roof in less than a month. Adam Browning was quick to respond to initially inspect the roof and was even at the house when the insurance adjuster inspected the roof. Adam made it convenient for me and came by the house to review the estimate and select the new shingles. On the days of installation, he came by the house several times to check on things. The roofing team (led by Pedro) did quality job; they didnt just tear off the old roof and start installing new. They did a thorough job prepping the roof by replaced all the drip edge, replacing a few damage areas of decking, installing extra ice/water shield to help prevent damage in the future, and using synthetic underlayment (not felt). After the installation, Pedro also inspected all the pipes and flues in the attic and house for alignment (I have never had a roofer do that). And they did an excellent job cleaning up; I have not found one nail in my yard. They were very professional and made the process quick and easy and they did the job right!

My house was damaged by golf-ball size hail and Integribuilt (Scott Kerlin) can over to conduct an inspection and was professional throughout the whole process (inspection/guidance/installation)!!

They have been recommended by my insurance agent for a long time...a very short list of recommendations. My agent didnt steer me wrong. Steve was very professional, friendly and helpful since I had never filed a claim before. He knew how to work with the insurance company and walked us through everything. His crew, especially the project manager and foreman were wonderful. They did a great job on a very complicated roof, it is beautiful (and yes, Steve was right about the color...we were undecided between two and he thought we would really like one of them...he knows his stuff!). You wont go wrong with these guys...they are great to work with and friendly.

After the devastating tornado on October 20, 2019, Mike Harrison and his team came in and built a temporary roof with an ice/water shield on my severely storm damaged home. Fantastic experience! IntegriBuilt was recommended to me by a friend, handled our roofing repairs quickly and communicated well through the entire process. Steve and team worked with the insurance company to get additional repairs approved that not included in the original estimate and took care of everything I asked them to do - even a couple of honey-dos that I didnt have a ladder tall enough to get to on our patio. Our roof was complicated, so it took several days, but the crew cleaned up well each evening. I would definitely use again.
