Pc wakeup are extremely good,used them a few times now,honest and friendly very helpfull.my hard drive was gone in my del inspiron only 4 years old,(wont be buying another del computer).they fitted a solid state drive ,very fast ,very pleased,reinstalled ,set up and also put my saved data in place,found my disappearing photo and video I thought were lost for ever.due to another Microsoft update. So pleased and all running good,thank you.

They expertly identified my fault but unfortunatly did not offer any proof which is a shame. they were happy to take on the change of the motherboard but I was not ready for that to happen. Their prices are very reasonable and I would be happy for them to do more work for me.

My 12 year old computer was on the way out so after reading the feedback from all the customers decided to buy one from here .I brought the recommended one for £545.00 and a 24 HD moniter for £102.00. they transfered all my documents and photes across for me and installed windows 10, and microsoft works and firefox brouser which was on my old computer so it was just a case of switch on and go. so pleased with the computer and moniter and the service was excellent. i was having trouble getting my speakers to work on it and spoke to Alex who explained the way to do it which worked. all the staff are so polite and helpful i cant recommend them enough so before you go to pc world , give these guys a go. you wont regret it. Took my sick computer to be diagnosed: intermittent Blue Screen of Death difficult to diagnose and manufacturer had identified CPU as possible culprit (very expensive to put right). PC Wakeup found the actual culprit was the Power Supply Unit, and proposed a reasonable replacement cost. Everything else was covered in the £45 investigation fee. And the solution worked. Excellent value. Excellent and professional service.

I built my first PC and after I had put it all together, it would not turn on for some unknown reason... As it was my first build I thought it would be a better idea to take it to a shop that knew what they were doing. After hunting around, I came across PC Wakeup; they offered to wire it all up properly for me and basically get it up and running for the price of £45, I thought this was too good to be true, however they found the problem and had it all up and running for me in a few days. The engineer who dealt with my case was Dave. He uncovered that one of my RAM modules was faulty... So I took the PC back with only one RAM modules and was waiting for my new ones to turn up, he also said that he would fit the new RAM modules if I wanted to bring the PC back to them for no extra cost to me. Absolutely fantastic service and even after having paid for the service, Dave continued to advise me on any further problems I had with the PC. I could not have got better service for that price from anywhere else. I highly recommend this company!!

The only place to go for iMac/Computer repairs. Phoned this morning for advice spoke to a young lady called Julie she was so so helpful she took my iMac to Alex (the wizard) out the back and it was repaired within 30 mins, and the price was unbelievable so kind I feel I have made new friends.Thank you for your time Julie and Alex x

I made a call at 9:15 today with a laptop related issue I needed sorting ASAP. They asked me to bring along immediately and they would do their best to sort .I did so and 30 mins later , the problem with cooling fan was resolved at a very fair price .Highly recommended and I would not hesitate in using again .

I have had three occasions to use this company in the last 12 months. Not because of any failure by the company - just by heavy handed operator error. The service was just as quick as I would have liked it to be; fast when I needed it, for a small extra payment. And equally almost as fast at the basic price. All relevant information was reported back to me, along with several relevant free programmes. On odd occasions I have phoned for advice and it was given with no qualms of lost revenue. The second visit to the repair shop was free of charge because even though I was out of warranty from the previous service they justified the repair as current as there were several holiday dates during the period. A company with a heartI have just had my fifth visit to the company over several years. Nothing has changed at all, Still very relevant info given - my fourth visit was to identify a mischievous Hard drive which was failing. No problems for PC wakeup - backup of data, HD out and new one in. For much less than I could buy a small notebook . My fifth visit was because my wifi printer was hiding. Bring it down, at your convenience and we will fix it. I arrived and left less than 20 mins later - no charge!!
