Have used classic hand tools a couple of times now and I can say that their customer service is great.They are really helpful and I could not have asked for any more as a consumer.I did have to return an item due to it being defective, but this was a manufacturers fault. Alex at Classic Hand Tools managed the whole process of getting the defective item collected and replaced with no bother at all.Will defiantly be using them again whenever the need arises. The whole team there are great.

Bought my Pro Edge Delux from Classic Hand Tools, arrived but when opening the Basic version had been sent. Just ordered some Pfeil chisels about an hour ago for a Christmas gift. Obviously, I have not received them yet... Anyway, I buggered up the shipping details... I messaged these guys on Instagram and they are dealing with it straight away! Im familiar with the quality of Pfeil chisels so Im not worried about them at all. 5 stars for customer service. Thats what counts!

I get my chisels from here. Good selection for stone and wood. Great place to wander about and fantasise what you would buy if you had loads of money. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to find - there is a sign on the roadside.

I ordered several things online which arrived the next day very well packed. Unfortunately, I had ordered a few bits incorrectly so popped along to the shop. Everyone was super helpful and even though I am a novice, made me feel very welcome. They swapped over the bits with no fuss and gave me some excellent advice. I will definitely be returning! I would much rather give my money to these guys than Amazon!
