Kaunter 13 and 11 are very rude indian staff. They dont have a good manner when talk to customer.. another thing, tukang potong ayam should tell customers truly about the price with kilograms. Becuse of this everythings complicated.. and the cashier should pack the 30s of egg properly like aeon. I prefer everyone go to aeon.. lotus dont have a great customer service and they dont deserve any star! #stupidindian

Did a scan and shop for quicker checkout. But have to wait since the cashier was handling some customer service matter. Not a wors of apology. The cashier was someone who seemed to ve someone who had been created with no ability to smile. Other floor staff some are friendly and helpful and some think they aee doing you a favour by working there.

Comfortable, cozy and great shopping experience. However, covered parking occupied fast and if you wish to park at the covered car park come early. Perimeter parking (not covered) is available as well.

Maiden visit to this Hypermarket since the change of name to Lotus from Tesco n since Pandemic .Cannot evaluate the business success yet.but seem to cater for the populace as usual.

Huge mall with various things to do other than shopping. You may enjoy food and also entertainment such as arcade game here. There is also a school uniform retailer recently opened here.

Tesco Ipoh is not bad. We came and bought our favourite cornflakes and house brand jam . Great place to shop as there are many more smaller shops that sell tudung, children n adult clothes , Big Apples doughnuts plus a small food court .

Lost and Found. Was shopping at Tesco. Lost my phone. 2 very kind hearted malay lady staff of Tesco Bandar Baru Medan Ipoh help me call my lost phone. lucky the person(malay young couple) kind hearted willing to return my phone by responding to the call and waiting at McD 24hr roadside as meet point. These 2 ladies drive out purposely for me to meet and collect my phone. At the same time...they send me home too. I gave them Angpao for helping me sincerely and send me home safely. It was my Lucky day in my unluckily situation. God Bless them for helping me. Im glad that i can have my phone back within 30mins only. Bravo to Tesco Lotuss ... u have very bless with good kind hearted staff working with u.

Still the best place for shopping. We have DiY, Gift shop that sells bizzare good appliance, supermarket that sell cheap items and good restaurants. Oh, bread shops are good too

THE OG OF ALL GROCERIES SHOPPING PLACES. I grew up in Ipoh and this place, has a lot of memories for me. Really, my crush smiled at me here and damn. Other than that, this is the place to shop for groceries and overall have a family type of vibe time. Recommended.

Broadly speaking, Tesco Ipoh is a good place to do shopping. But it is regretable that sometimes price of an item is charged higher at the cashier counter than its display price. E.g. today I bought 4 units TST baked bean at display price of RM2.90 but the cashier charged RM3.10 a unit which I paid unknowingly.

I just love Tesco Adult Diapers. I hv been using tht for years. Pls dont stop it.

Very convenient because it has many shoplots with different types of merchandise can be found under one roof.

My favourite supermarket to get my usual household groceries. Good value.

I would like to stated my appreciation for Tesco Ipoh .For giving some opportunities for theirs visitors to lay down some comments and feelings. Without prejudice I do not see any problem of the environment in the Tesco itself but I am seriously particular to the operation staffs and some respective tenants especially those who are preparing food and beverages. For the good consideration of the management, kindly take a serious notification that there are some of your staffs and tenants are still not obey and follow the SOP which have been stated by the government especially during this critical moment. Some of your staffs still wearing not in good order the face mask in additional a small group gathering and chatting. Of course, they owe their rights but please stick closely with the SOP standards. I have also aware some of the visitors ignore too the SOP and the obeyance only at the entrance and not after the entrance. I take a serious count of the public safety of all visitors as well as the operating staffs.I would like to advice that please with no tolerate and mercy towards those who ignore the contemporary SOP and those with no mask or those ignore to wear a proper mask MUST leave Tesco. I think the management must enforce this for the sake of public safety. We afford not to pay for the risk and the calamity. I hope this comment will contribute to the management to keep on make your services and operation the best because we must not want the whole basket of eggs rotten just because of one egg. I consider your customers will not less just because of your stern and strict obeyance to SOP and support to government policy but there will be more people support and prefer to be here as it is a safer place for the public.Thank you very much and personally my support will not least but just some suggestions for the good consideration and references for the management.

Convenient and has all the groceries as its other sister outlets but this one is bigger than the others in Ipoh. Since its bigger this branch have a lot of eateries including food court. Easy and free parking available.

Even though were still pkpp, a lot of people came here....maybe yall can come on working days at working hours....or, early in the morning....or, between 7-8pm...here, they have everything in 1 place....you can buy your groceries at tesco, shops your shoes at sports direct/bata/another 1 shoes shop near entrance (sorry i forgot😅) they also have post office, Mr Toy, a few gadget stores, kfc, Harolds bread, cafeteria, etc.....

Ever since they renovated & shortened the cashier payout lanes... I felt I m losing my patience whenever I check out. There are long queue waiting & space are congested. Now I dont really enjoy shopping my groceries every Sunday. I think the management have to do something about it.

Another spot for marketing. The location is strategic enough for locals in Ipoh Garden East. Prices are one of the lowest. If you are looking for salmon fish, this place sells one of the freshest salmon meat around.
