My experience has been very nice. I went to issue passport for my 1 year old child and they were very helpful. They fast-tracked my application on priority and I got free in half an hour. They also had a baby room which was very convenient. Just keep in mind to have all documents correct and one set of original documents with one set photocopies (self attested) for seamless flow.

Seamless processing of applications as long as you have all relevant documents handy.Something to keep in mind:1. Parking space is limited and outside the office compound2. The nearest photostat center is a good 10min walk (one-side)

PASPORT SEVA KENDRA INDORE REVIEW :Online appointments are booked via , passport seva website .Documents you should bring :Aadhar , both card as well as EAadhar .Voter’s IdPAN cardDriving Licence10th , 12th mark sheets……(bring everything you have !!)Bring at-least two copies of each original document.One of the E aadhar should be a colour printout.You need to bring all these documents because there are minute spelling mistakes in your documents and thus it is necessary for the process to cross check .People complain that the staff asks for multiple documents, but the sole reason is for cross checking every thing in the documents .Process can take 30-45 minutes .Try to book appointment 4-5 days earlier so that you get appointments of morning around 9:30 amPlease bring your copies . Because there is a single Xerox shop and you wouldn’t love to pay ₹40 for a colour Eaadhar printout .No Xerox in office is available.If in case , you are not having supported documents and your house is very far , you can re schedule your appointment instead of rushing .No extra charges are applied for rescheduling, you may receive a sms saying appointment missed and there will be a link to reschedule.Please bring 2 - 3 copies . Thats the only thing to take care of .Staff is polite and supportive except the one lady sitting on reception.

Having all the documents makes the process easy. Nice staff and the Head of PSK is very humble person.

Let me share my experience to explain the 5 stars rated by me. So, I had to have my passport reissued for an address change because I needed it whilst applying for processes required for higher studies abroad.I used the passport seva website (which is really user-friendly) to:1. register myself2. apply for passport reissue3. carefully fill the application form (there are two ways: either you can opt for filling it entirely online or download the form pdf, take the print and fill it by hand) and3. schedule my appointment on a tatkal basis.Out of the many PSK options in the drop down menu, I chose Bhopal and then the next page displayed several other (PSLK) options which included Indore, which is awesome for the natives of Indore like me who had to travel all the way to Bhopal for the entire passport procedure, till a few years ago.Once I scheduled my appointment, I paid 1500/- (card/net banking), for which I received the receipt display once the payment was a success. You will receive an SMS about your appointment details, which is wonderful because this is what you have to show at the PSLK entrance, no need to take its print.This website has something called Document Advisor, which precisely tells you what all docs you must have, as per your passport case (normal/tatkal and fresh/renewal/reissue). In my case I had to carry a lot of address proofs.Ensure that you have maximum docs to prove your case (personal details evidences). Remember that whatever original doc you have you must have its copy. In my case, I was asked for the originals and copies of my aadhar card, PAN, driving licence, 10th marksheet and latest qualification certificate.I had gone to a total of 4 different places in the PSLK.1. First is where you submit your copies and originals and then you are given your token no. (They will return your copies and originals).2. Counter A for your signature, photo, biometrics. I also had to pay 2000/- ( I repeat, mine was a tatkal case so this amount might vary with cases).3. Counter B for re-evaluation. Here you just have to show your originals and copies.4. APO for final checking. Probably they will ask you for a copy or two of some other docs, so be prepared!The best part of all this is that you keep on getting updates about your passport processes via email. Overall, I must say that the people there are professionals. All of them are pretty decent guys and always ready to help you out if you face some issue.

PSLK Indore exceeded my expectations.Dated June 21, 2021 (Passport Renewal)The appointment was at 11am. Upon arrival at the office at 10:45, I showed the appointment SMS to security at the entrance, who took the temp check and instructed me to go to counter no.2 to get the token.10:50- Person at counter took passport and aadhar copy, issued me token no., returned all copies back to me and asked me to wait in waiting lounge.10:55- I was asked to go to Counter A where TCS personnel took my photo, signature, and fingerprint, scanned my originals, and returned them all.11:05- I have been directed to counter B, where one of the passport officers checked originals.11:07- Appeared infront of Passport Issuing officer. After asking me a few questions, he immediately approved my application for a passport renewal subject to police verification. Instantly received confirmation SMS.Overall, I spent 20-25 minutes at the Passport office and it was remarkably fast for me, perhaps due to Pandemic.

Indore Passport office is situated at 1st Floor of IDA Ananda building. It is situated opposite to Agrawal Public School, Sch. No. 140 main Road. Elevator facility is available to reach the office. Many times services is slow because of low server speed. Commonly people spend 2 hours to process the application. Water bottle and Mobiles are allowed in the office. Other electronic is not allowed.

Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) great initiative by Government in Indore. Do not forget to take Original & Xerox of all related documents…First of all you have to show your appointment receipt/ SMS before enter in office, after that you will be receive a token and then you have to wait for your turn until your number comes on the screen… Xerox machine and Canteen also available in PSK… Overall experience with staff and service is good enough…No matter whats your appointment time mention on your form you have to wait at least 1-4 hours however place is good and clean and also soothing...

Punctual people and timely service. I havent found any difficulty during entire process.

Good place. It is located in Indore near the Ring Road which makes it accessible from all parts Im the Indore District. The biggest advantage of this location is that nearby small townpeople dont have to drive all the way to Bhopal. The ambience is nice and the staff is courteous. However, the waiting list here is too long. There are only a few counters for verification despite there existing at least 13. Therefore, more staff is required here. Besides this, the place is really convenient to visit and seating areas are also there.

The place is easy to find in traffic. Also it can be easily located through Google maps. There is not much crowd around the place. It is green nearby. You can also find the photo copy shop nearby, which is highly required by most of the visitors. As most of the documents even you carry there may be requirement of more. So you can get the copies of those in emergency. But must have originals with you.😃The staff is helpful. But it is good to reach before the time you have been asked. The time required for the complete process is about 45 mins to 1 hour though the schedule given is of 15 minutes. So keep that in mind.

Its the best. The fastest service you can expect. 👍🏼

Courteous staff, at least most of them. Clean office with adequate seating arrangements. Verification of documents takes place twice. Once before issue of token and then again after capture of bio-metrics. Final interview with the APO takes place after the entire process. The whole process takes approximately 2 and 1/2 hours to 3 hours. It is best to check and ensure that all supporting documents are in order and according to instructions given on website.

Here are the reviews which may answer your common questions:- Building is on left side if your are coming from Piplihana Square (also know as Worldcup square). Keep asking to security gaurd as no proper board/name is printed.- Washroom facility available inside premise, This is useful specially for folks travelling from outstation.- Time taken: In my case it took 1 hours for complete process. But it depends on slot. If you are in morning slot of 9:15AM then crowd will be less. Mostly after 10AM, place will get crowded.- I took auto from Teen Imli square and it cost me 70 bucks.- Process is well defined and they will guide you after each step.- It is mention on online portal to carry academics and marriagecertificate, But didnt ask for it and they took only passport and aadhar card (In my case I applied for renew)- In covid scenarios, Keep sanitizer with you.

Interior is spacious however the outer siting arrangements isnt well, once you get in for procedure its friendly, easy navigation, and proffesional space

Behaviour of maximum staff is good and cooprating. But some are really terrible people. Ask for unnecessary documentation.One more thing is worst that they dont allow going inside without hand sanitizer and arogya setu app. But they should provide sanitizer. Even a smallest shopkeeper provide sanitizer.

Bhopal office gives a feel of real like you are in a developed country. indore passport office gives a feel of Poor Government office.Two times power cut. Two times Scanner failure. Management is not good. I am apply fresh passport reporting time 12:15 but entery is 11:30 and wait for 1 hour A section and afte that next B section staff lunch no any time mation Im waiting for 1 hour and next C section as same problem issue not good management and sttaf behaviour

My experience is very bad if they make a proper system person may be easily free within one hour I am sitting since 1.50 hour but still waiting and hoping it may take 2-3 hours when I have each and every documents in order..Si there is a possibility to improve a lot with compare to Bhopal..Last time when I have visited Bhopal they took reasonable time......

Its a new facility having good ambience & interior. Spacious waiting area, Having canteen facility.

It is nice that the service is available in Indore but the arrangement is not up to the mark. People who waits outside dont have enough number of seats and without fans the situation gets worse. With lesser attendants and more applicants, the response time increases. I myself is sitting for last 2.5 hrs and still not sure when it will finish. In MP, highest no of applicants are from Indore and surrounding areas but in terms of service we get very less facilities. It should be improved.Now I just got to know its lunch so i should have to wait another hour looking to the manpower they have.

They dont have the value of your time.. Unsenseable people..I understand senior citizens need priority but that doesnt means all counters should be provided to them.. We all have busy schedules and time.. Waiting from 3 hours

Very unprofessional and rude (specially girls who sit at the documents verification window 1st)staff..if we are going there we will expect they will help and give possible options if any problem we face during verification process. but no..... they only see the doc only for 1 sec and says that just reschedule your appointment i said to her i m having some more options please see but dint hear me for 1 sec only..she was so rude she dint want to hear anything..what is this ??? if you have appointed for customer service so why you all dont play your role honestly ..do you know the customer comes from where? and how long distance they face just for making their work done. i was very disappointed bcoz my work could have been done but she was not hearing me for a moment. I request to govt service please hire some professional and good behavior staff.. It is just for giving services to our Indian people.. not for behaving like animal..

Worst Management.My sister had fathers name Ganesh P Patel on 10th marksheet and on Adhaar she had D/O Ganesh PatelNow they rejected the application saying they need Ganesh P Patel on adhaar. I could never thought passport officials would be so dumb. Better to visit Bhopal RPO which much much far better than Indore one.

They provide faster service for the minor appreciated , facility is good , but the APO sitting in the office has no knowledge he is a stubborn person ,i had gone for my 1month old babys passport without any vaild reason he refered us to Bhopal we had to go all over there from indore to Bhopal there i got my work done in 10mins with same documents ...the officer in bhopal said why did he refer you to bhopal when ur all documents are prp.

Having local passport office at Indore is great feeling. But there is some area of improvement in it such as seating facilities at outside, canteen facility for customers etc. Rest staff and services are good.

Place is good however there is long wait in the queue for verification. If you apply in tatkal then you have an added advantage as you will not need to wait in long queue.

I have visited the place, Good to know that city is going to have Passport office. It will really help all Indorians and nearby places. Hope for good services, all the best.

Passport seva kendra is opened in indore for quick passport service, Location vice it is inside the city near ring road. staff is cooperative but they have only few tables for the verification and it will took almost 3hrs on an average for your complete verification.person sitting for final verification is from Ministry of external affairs. TCS guys are only looking on you throug physical apperance rest they will allow for the 2nd level verification. total 3 layes of verification 1st is of TCS second is of another dept may be of TCS and 3rd on final is from MEA.TIP: Enter your police location accurately otherwisw you have to pay some fine and comeback again.

Had gone there to get PCC. Impressed with their professional, prompt and punctual services. Completed my work within half an hour.

Proper management is not present. No one there to guide people even no board mentioning that which is the counter to take token ... At section B only 1staff so much time taken just for a PCC. Very much disappointed.

Pathetic staff at token counter. Ģirl who was sitting their was misguiding people by asking for unnecessary documents. We had aadhar card and she asked us to go out and get full page printed aadhar from the official website. This took almost one and a half hour extra. The time we returned that lady was replaced by some other male officer and to our surprise, after getting that ,we were never asked for that printed copy and all the formalities were done with the normal aadhar card . She did this with many people who include senior citizens and even little cranky minors with troubled parents. These young employees of private organisation are destroying reputation of government departments and their work culture.

Everythings amazing and perfect. Its amazingly managed. Staffs also try to help at their best BUT they take tooo much time to process. I dont think I should blame PSLK Indore for that, but blame whole Passport Seva Authority to make this process complicated.According to me, they should call a person for appointment at a time. But they call whole bunch of people at a same time causing token system which is too time consuming and SUPER boring.

My passport is dispatched in 8 hours (same day at 11:45 PM). Truely amazing services. Kuddos to TCS!

The place is so clean and neat.

Recently I take an appointment for renewal for my passport. When I reached the Passport seva kendra, there already long queues. No matter I have taken the appointment still I need to wait for more 3 to 4 hours to process further. So I reschedule my appointment for next date and now I am taking a buffer of 1 day when going to PSK.

Its good to have a passport office in Indore too. Crowded most of the time.
