I wish if Google has negetive marking I would mark TIME -5 for all the experience I have since I joined TIME.I had joined TIME Indore for prepration of CAT 2020. As I joined the institute during lockdown I was not at all treated good by TIME Indore faculties as I was transferred from Head office to Indore. The whole batch of transferred students were treated the same. Doubts not cleared on time, neither assistance provided by TIME Indore. Everytime I have to mail head office for assistance regarding doubts and everything.Online classes and portal is pathetic. Only 3 views for lectures are available and if that recorded lecture get paused due to slow internet then one view is gone and that video never resumes after the video pauses. The worst portal experience ever had. No one informs about the postponed lectures, test series available are very less just 2-3 test for other management exams and No test series for CMAT exam. The portal is soo bad that the online classes get interrupted and buffers even at 4-5 Mbps network speed.The facilities dont reply to messages and dont even clear doubts when asked on telegram group. Revision classes were not provide to us but they use to inform us regarding the revision classes. And when asked they either dont reply or just reply That I could find It in live classes section and no link no classes were there on the portal for US just because we took online admission mentioning Indore as a center in the form because we are helpless at the time of lockdown.Doubts arose in between the lecture is never cleared by time as one have to mail his doubts to TIME mail id and wait for his doubts to get cleared but that thing never happed. Neither doubts cleared in classes nor on the telegram group provide to us. Telegram group if one ask his/her doubt he has to wait for 3-4 days to get his/her doubts cleared.Faculties dont even inform students about the delayed or postponed classes or OMETS classes which commenced after a week or so after CAT.Also at the TIME of GDPI classes Time Indore asked me to pay ₹500 additional as transfer charge above my tuition fee which I paid in first 2 months. And At time of Admission I mentioned in my form Indore as my center so this ₹500 should be included in the course fee itself. And one of my batchmates didnt even paid a penny above her tuition fee still she attended that class whi h I was barred from. After conversation with her I got to Know that TIME Indore is doing a fraud with students and playing with their future just for sake of looting money from students and not providing proper resources, guidence and quality which is required to Crack any competitive exam.Before admission TIME has promised a lot but delivered a very less. Even the telegram group was created when I mailed concern to the head office faculty or manager Miss Rama Devi.Rama Devi of head office helped me a lot as she use to hear my concerns and the pass it to the faculty who are incharge of the telegram group.I will be adding photos of telegram group as evidence that faculties dont reply and time required to get once doubt cleared.If someone is reading this review and planning to join TIME online course then its my humble request to you dont even think about joining TIME Indore as these people only love money and want us to pay fee on time but at time of service these are the poorest of the all.Facts:-1) Over hyped institute2) Not Value for money3) Poor service4) Doubts not cleared on time5) Chargeing extra above tuition money as transfer charges which are not mentioned anywhere.6) Live classes not available for those who got transferred from Head office to Indore branch.7) Non cooperative staff8). Such a waste of money. Pathetic staff and communication channel. Theyre just trying to take advantage of bad time and students insecurities during this uncertain environment. From mini tests of a topic to weekly all india level mock tests (AIMCATS), each and every thing was just perfect and precise to move you to achieve the best of results.3. After the course completion, advanced level revision for almost 2 months prepared us for the worst case scenarios, in case the paper level comes extremely tough.4. After the CAT results, the WAT/GD/PI preparation is something out of the box.
