Highly unprofessional. I asked before getting my stuff packed and moved if they provide insurance and they said they do.i was told that they will wrap my laptop and other electronic items with plastic wrap but nothing was wrapped and my laptop had scratches and keys are not working now and when I asked them they said damage kidhar hai.
