On time, the staff is well behaved, good cleaning. But due to some windows being broken, they have been ply so that the outside views cannot be seen.

Never on Time, if they are saying 7 AM for any destination, simply add 3-5 hours, and you will be simply late by few more hours!!

Bus is good, but they over loaded bus around 70+ peoples were there in the bus, have seen 3 buses and all 3 buses were overloaded n bus stop for having tea coffe n dinner was too crowded, in this pandemic

Even they never care passengers comfort.I have booked two ticket by mistake, immediately i called to satabdi travels that i have booked 2 ticked instead of 1 ticket.... but they did not listen my word and said that AB TO KUCH NI HO SAKTA.

There is no place to sit and wait for the buses. People have to sit on stairs of the shops around the place.

Very Poor service. Bus Conductors are very misbehaviour. Bus No.RJ14 PD 0333 conductor charging extra money in the mid way and denied to give the ticket.

Not feel comfortable in Shatabdi travels and there is no socket for charging

Third classs bus... Condutor misbehave with female passangers. We purchased one single ticket for women and they given single seat between two persons and after complaining they misbehave with female passanger.

I was not even hoping to give one star bcz the staff is drunk n smoking inside the bus and the bus is too congested the people are sleeping in the passages. If I would hv to travel like dis den I would hv gone from the train it self.and the staff has so much off attitude in the night I told them to switch off the music instead of turning off he raise the volume n told go home n sleep over for.
