Very poor and bad Experiance. Bus ticket cancel by operater and not provided my Refund amount and most of time this operater cancell bus and informe you 2-3 hours before journey time.

Degraded punctuality, 8:20am bus from indore to ujjain, that was supposed to reach ujjain by 9:35am , taking much more time. I am in bus now while writing this review , and now by watch its 9:43 am, crossing sanwer. Then why to write 9:35 am there, write as per drivers or management wish. Paying 116₹ by online booking is not worthy , if bus operators are not professional.

Very bad service for few buses. All Tyres are damage. Waiting to reach for destination. 10 hour journey will be a 18 to 20 hour. Very disappointed.

Bus services are well,but there are no mobile charging point on sleeper seats & lites are dull. There is a little change to improve services.

Once upon a time Royal Travels was popular to travel between Indore to Mumbai and had good reputation among its customers. But slowly they lost the credit gains due bad behaviour of bus staff and poor condition of its buses.

Online app is helpful. Some seats are not ok.

No proper response on number provided, the person provided a landline number which was unanswered for numerous times.

They make people fool. I booked ticket to Ujjain from Indore on PAYTM. The reporting time was 1:50PM, when I called on reaching boarding point, they said it will come at 2:20PM. When I called at 2:20PM, they said it will come at 2:45PM. They dont understand the value of time. They do not tell the exact position of bus.Also their phone numbers on Paytm are incorrect.Strict action must be taken against them.

The worst experience I ever had! The service is the very bad. My bus was from Ujjain to Pune (Costed 3000/-). The bus arrangement was from Ujjain to Indore and then Indore to Pune. The bus from Ujjain dropped us on other end from where we were supposed to board bus for Pune. That made us cost unnecessary auto charge in between. The drivers are very rude. The stoppage for dinner was very nasty. Now comes the most tragic part- The dropping. The conductor asked each and every passanger about there dropping location (While booking from redbus, I gave my preferred dropping location) still the driver took other way which was towards nigdi, when one of the passenger asked about this unexpected change the driver argued and said this route we will follow do whatever you want. I dont know why he didnt informed us before atleast we would have managed to off board to our nearest location(that too if we had to adjust) although it shouldnt happen as we book tickets according to our preferences. This made us to get down in between of the road(almost 15 passengers).Very Sad to say but will never suggest anybody to travel from Royal Travels.

Pathetic experience, had to send some cargo urgently to Jalgaon. My business is small, so we have hand made GST bills and not printed. I had complied with all the details as mentioned by GST act for preparation of invoice, but the person at the counter was so rude and considered himself GST officer. He said if it is not printed it is not invoice and did not take the cargo. I had to take cargo to another cargo service point in all the heavy rain.The guys there do not understand compliance and are extreme rude. On saying I want to talk to senior person, he saysIm the boss, aage complain Karne see much nahi hone wala

The bus service is good 4 star but the pick up point at Navlakha bus stand is worst for seating arrangement mainly in Rainy season. Avoid selecting this pick up point for families during rainy season.
