Just go for a chartered or any train if possibledont opt for this bus serviceway too unprofessional staffand very bad conditioned busesdelayed departures are 2 major problem and there are countless ones that the traveller will face .Investing money in this is a complete waste 🤬also they will book by saying that they are reserving for seat but they conjust you in a 2 person sleeper compartment with 3 peopleand u cant even cross question themthet act like total bulleyIm scared to go through bus to rewa now

Not satisfied with services.. buses not follow their timing. And most important things they get passengers by some broker who charges more than 50% of actual ticket price. So be aware from these things and check their actual ticket prices in Online site like. Red Bus, Paytm etc.

Took us for granted and when time came of bus boarding then showed us way to a rickshaw for another stop. Why did you take the booking when bus was not coming to your spot. Rude behavior of staff.

Its service is not good

Very very very pathetic, horrendous, bad and frustrating service.. i booked ticked for mumbai from varanasi seater at first they made us sit on sleeper seat with other person, ie. 2 peopleon one sleeper seat.It was still okay until bus reached indore at 2pm after 22hrs.The bus was halted there and we were deboarded and asked to board another bus tht will come by 6-7pm for further journey ie. they made us wait 4-5hrs...it still wasnt enough for them they when the bus came seats were again not as i booked ticket for.Now the seats were 2×2 sleeper and they made 4-6 people sit there.Very horrific condition was there..when complained to authorities they warned to deboard us from bus..All in all it was the worst ever journey of my life.I would request everyone to never book from these fraud travel agencies.Just worst.It has made me rethink ever to travel long by bus.Never ever book from them.Never.

Excellent service, All staff members behavior was good. If you reach before journey time, Seating chair available here. Tea and snacks shop available here but some little distance. Hotel and restaurants are not seen near this area. Most important all buses of this travels is well maintained and punctual.Bus is neat and tidy and very comfortable, tv available in AC buses.

Very bad experience with Rahul travels bus service during my journey from Ahmedabad to Indore on dated 17/10/201) Bus arrived 1 hour late for pickup at Ahmedabad,2) Driver impolite,3) Passenger were sleeping in corridor of Bus,4) Bus seats were untidy and unheiginic,5) Diesel got finished in the route and Bus got delayed by 3 hours from its actual departure time

One of the best travel n services. Specially staff behavior n cleanliness of a.c bus n its time punctual.

Staff is very well behaved and punctuality 10/10, bus is neat and tidy and very comfortable which makes us sleep peacefully and we missed the stop, but they dropped us on proper place so we can get proper commute for the destination.Overall trip was verygood, we are traveled 400km but morning was so light and shine.We are going to use this for next trip as well.

Very poor services, very irresponsible staff, it has taken 14 Hours to reach Ujjain from Ahemdabad, BUS NO-MP09F5915 , Dont recommend to anyone.

Travel manager is uneducated and totally rubbish in behaviour and bus driver is too careless he almost made dead all the passengers theres a accident happened by him in middle of the journey.

I had booked the ticket through red bus. Wanted to reach mumbai for early morn flight hence booked the bus at 8.30 which promised to reach at 8 am next day. At 6.30 they sent a text that the bus has been delayed by 2 hours. I could not board it and claimed a refund or put me in an alternative early bus. They did not agree rather they created an artificial person named Pawan who spoke to me on phone stating that bus will arrive by 9.30 and within 10 minutes will depart. With that assurance I agreed to board the bus. The bus did not arrive until 11.30 at night!!! When asked where is Pawan...they kept saying he will come in 10 mins but he dint come. Later realised when co passengers came that all were fooled by this Pawan named artificial person while the owner himself only received all phones claiming to be Pawan. I reached Mumbai at 12 resulting in missing my connecting flight. Worst than this...the cleaner did even bigger blunder of removing the luggage of a family at a stop prior than the designed stop. The luggage went lying on road unclaimed. It was only later that we called the main office complaining of this blunder and waited for passenger to come back and take the luggage. All passengers were quite upset.This journey was from Indore to Mumbai on 21 sept.
