Why sterling running their business, there customer support cant attend your call, most lier person in the marketing team, support staff i have never seen responding.Shashank was the guy who sell the membership was the worst person i ever met . please away from this. you will get same hotels at 2000-2500 per day any time then why waste so much money and get bounded for your vacation. vacation should be plan and go and these guys want their customer to beg for thier reservation.

Worst Experience had been Observed and faced with Sterling Holidays during our Complementary package (New Membership) at Sariska - Tiger Heaven, Tiger Heaven, Village: Amra Ka Baas- Po, Sariska, Thanaghazi Dist Alwar, Sariska, RajasthanRegarding there Sariska Properties, location is good but accommodation wise really I surprised and Shocked being a group how office management is telling lie to all there members before taking the Membership fees from customer. I request to your Marketing Team to just go there in my cost and check the provide facilities what ever you committed during the demonstration for all the new comer members.

Very very worst experience no body like to take responsibility especially Mr. Anuj talking very badly . There is nobody who gives right answer and wish to solve problems. Very worst, foolish,inhuman,selfish, dishonest bad behavior people, who doesnt care their own customers.

Staff member are not responsible..and they not pick up call after fees paid..it is so disgusting and very bad behaviour..
