One should avoid these so called travel companies.. they have booking offices on rent tie ups with other bus owners they have nothing of their own... I booked an online ticket to somewhere and there was no such seat number actually present physically in the bus so as there was a lot of bookings and no available seat I was shifted to a local bus which otherwise I would have taken by myself if I had wished to... so whats the use booking tickets from these scoundrels? They take money for AC bus travel and youll end up sitting in a local bus.. despite my complaint and sharing my problem they did not compensated me... if emergency and no other option visit the office and take physical ticket as the working is manual.

The worst ever bus I have traveled. The bus quality is very poor. Staff behaviour worst. Basic things like curtains and separation door from driver compartment is not available. The answer of the staff will make u feel like hit them on the face utter irresponsible, fools. Ventilation quality is utter poor in so called AC bus.If u want to make it journey miserable choose these guys.

I book my two seat ac from bhopal to surat for leady. start time give me 5.30pm but start bus within 6.30pm and bus was not sreenath, than indore drop bus at 11.00 pm and say if u can go surat your wait not fix may b late night 2-3.pm and not any facility at indore stop like drinking water, bathroom, ya any seating area for wait and not safty responsiblity. Local employer says if u countinuse this trip u wait for bus if bus come u can go but office closed at 11.30. shreenath travels not responsible for your waiting arrangement for that ya u can cancel your trip in indore. Very very bad shreenath travelrs for long traveling.
