Bus service was excellent. Buses are clean and comfortable.

Companion staff. Buses specially multi axle ac sleeper buses are good with neat and clean pillow, blanket and also provide water bottle.

Good services provided by them. Driving was good and bus was clean. Behaviour among passengers was good.

Worst management in case of breakdown. They do not bother to help . We were travelling with them and their Volvo broke down . They made us sit throughout the night and didnt help. We called police and next day the bus came it took 24 hrs from pune to Indore. No apologies, no refund , no tea or food to anyone. Very bad. Will never travel with Rajratan again.

Driver and conductor behavior was very bad. Rash driving. Bus was not good. Seats were not comfortable. Never be on time.

My daughter writes about her bitter experience travelling through Bus noMP41P553 PUNE INDOREI have been travelling by Raj Ratan Tours and Travels from the past three years.I chose to travel from Pune to Indore on 10th April 2018 by the 8:00 PM bus of Raj Ratan Travels. At 5 PM in the evening I got a message saying that I will be charged extra if my luggage exceeds 20kg. This was not mentioned on their website neither conveyed to us during the time of booking my ticket.From the moment I boarded the bus they started pestering me to pay for the extra luggage. In spite of accepting the fact that they had not informed us about this earlier, they kept on arguing and started threatening me to leave my luggage behind. I somehow managed the situation until morning when my father agreed to pay.Me being a loyalist and a long time consumer of the brand was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated during this journey. As an informed consumer, its my right to know what I am supposed to pay for before availing a service. Thus after this experience, I would like to tell Raj Ratan to be considerate enough to inform their passengers about any such change beforehand and not 2 hours before the journey. With this kind of a behavior, today they lost one of their extremely loyal consumer families.

The tours and travels company RAJRATAN given us bording time 8:30 pm and departure time 9:15 pm.The bus driver depart his bus before the time 9:15 pm . The Bus attender do misbheave with us.

Very Bad staff, as one of my friend (Female) traveled from mumbai to indore, she has to give her contact no on booking time. That list is passed through the staff and driver. They are using that list and call to passenger, sms or whatsapp. Now she is totally irritated and want to complaint on we care for you. Its all responsibilities goes to RAJ RATAN. they should maintain and trained their staff in a very good way, even a single complain fire that person.
