Over All bad service, I closed my account, after that I was told that your account, go to your branch, your account will start running from there but I am still circling since March 1, the staff there says It will be done today, it will be done tomorrow, but my work is not done yet, this is such a poor job, request you to join hands and let me get my account again, I am not able to withdraw money from my account, I am in great need of money right now. Is and I cant even get my installments out..sir plz solve my problem 🙏.
The services of the bank are too slow! There are two person at a time on the cash counter but only one person deposits the cash and other one continues to do his other stuff ! They dont even bother about the people waiting in a single que!
Way of talking , rude behavior, over all service everything is very poor, Im not interested for single star rating also, specially cash counter, cash counter people always given very bad services, Im not interested to visit again and I will never recommend to others. Others bank are giving much more better services than HDFC. wast of time.

Went there for school fee. Very rude, unethical & unprofessional behavior, specially on cash counter. No care for customer and their time. Will not recommend at all. Thank god not having account with them.

Nice staff and helpfull also. It is upstairs and visible from the traffic road and nit so difficult to find the HDFC bank near Annapurna mandir or gopur side. It has the ATM stuck to it and it is also well maintained like the bank is maintained 👍🏼
