3 years ago i traveled to Goa and met Sudarshan the first day he opened his Tattoo parlor in Palolem beach.He did a great work on my forearm; a pretty neat circle and some lined stuff. I love them!(also he used good quality ink and it’s still pretty black under my skin)He’s a good guy, polite and considerate and he pays a lot of attention to details. You can trust him on your Tattoo;)
