Yesterday I visit your showroom and we did shopping for lehenga and sarees. I am ok with it although store is much expensive but I am totally disappointed when I use washroom there were not a single hand wash liquid inside it, even you should go for separate washroom. Staff should wear the mask .

Stock is good for sarees. Didnt like the dresses or ghaghra for bride , however if u r looking for good clothes for a newly wed or for ur sisters wedding. Ithlati is the place. Must visit .

I m a regular customer of ithlati sarees .As you enter the showroom the welcoming of owner is too cheerful.Collection is awesome 👌. The behavior of staff is very good .They show you all the stuff according to yr occasions. Really it is a very good experience shopping with iIthlati always .

Wrist experienceWent yesterday, behaviour of the staff was so irritating, they made us wait nearly 35mins after reaching and they were serving other new customers first and the same happened on cash counter.

It is a wonderful experience every time we drop by here. The collection is outstanding and the staff is very humble. The owners are always welcoming and their love makes us visit them even more.

One of the worst experience ever, service quality was very poor, and sales person was pressurized a lot even though we were not liking things. And when we were coming back he tried to insult us. I wont recommend anyone to visit this place, visit only if you want to waste your time.

I got my bridal lehenga from ithlati sarees Indore. The kind of alteration they did actually spoiled the whole look of it. They didn’t pick my calls nor they called back as I left for Bhopal after picking up my lehengas. How can they sell such costly lehengas without doing proper alterations? They should keep a check on their tailors. I am totally disappointed!

Do not visit ever. Very very costly you can get the same things at a much lower price in cloth market if you try to find. The staff was so rude and impolite they only treated customers with big budgets politely. Worst place ever!!!!!!!!

Dont buy anything ! They cant deliver on time and sell your booked stuff to someone else, we booked our lehenga, paid all in advance and was told that the item will be delivered, just before the delivery date - they said they can not give it ! either they have sold it to someone else, poorest customer service, bad business ethics and certainly not a good choice when you are looking for something for your precious occasion.
