Located in the 56 dukaan area, the hotel is ideal for foodie lovers. Rooms are great. Spacious and smart architecture. The staff is also polite and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant that looks amazing in the night. Selfie/photography lovers will find it amazing. Apart from the view, the food is also delicious. I got a free upgrade to suite, what can be better than that. An amazing experience overall. Recommend the hotel.But one thing, Took one star just because there were no windows in the room, felt suffocated through out my stay.Apart from that everything was top notch

Hotel was very good. The rooms, lobby were neat and tidy. service was also good by the staff.the address mentioned in the google maps, leads you to a wrong destination, might possible that the hotel has shifted its location. Hotel is located around 1 km away from the google msp location. It is actually located near Vir savarkar circle or the chandni chowk circle, above chai kapi 56 dukan & chai sutta. Tried suggesting changes to google but it didnt got approved. Efforts from OYO would make a change for sure. Good for customers visiting indore for the first time.

This was my Third stay in last 3 years, initially was a treebo now oyo hotel. Service is good. Room is equipped with all basic amenities like AC, TV, kettle, hair dryer etc. Located right at Chhapan Dukan. Breakfast was tasty and had variety as well(ideally you don’t need it when staying at Chhapan). Service was good. Recommend this stay. Suggestion to team oyo/capital O - Coreect the google map location.

Capital o, sapphire star hotel is strategically located near chappan dukan, a very famous street food. the hotel is very good for value for money. a staff is humble. room is very cozy. overall its very nice comfortable experience. worth for recommending for friends and relatives.

The room was quite good considered the price point. the hotel has a rooftop restaurant which is a perfect view for morning breakfast. the variety in breakfast was not large but the quality of the food was very good. most importantly the location of the hotel is excellent. the famous 56 dukaan street is right next to hotel and down the hotel there is a small cafÌ£å which is very cool for young crowd. accessibility to the rest of the city points from hotel is also very good.

This is my first visit to this hotel and was astonished by the service provided by them. The room provided are well furnished with all the desired amenities which are at par the level expected. If you are travelling with your family keep my word that you will not regret your choice of this hotel. All the rooms of this hotel are completely air conditioner with hot/cold water facility being provided for 24 hrs. If we talk about the buffet breakfast/dinner - they have one of the finest delicacies which will satisfy your pallet for sure. Finally, few words about the location which is the best part with this hotel as it is located right in front of 56 dukan which is a hotspot for food lovers and is one of the most happening places in Indore. Altogether I would say a true value for money experience.

Breakfast spread is really small which is expected as soon as I enter the room since there is a menu of breakfast. But what not is expected is its not served hot. Can you expect a South Indian dish without coconut chutney? And how can anyone eat vada, poha, paratha if its served cold. Having said all about breakfast this is still comfortable because of location, price, cleanliness, room service, reception.

If fun and food is your Indore visit option then this Hotel is the best option. Why because you can only enter/exit from 56 Dukan! Hotel stay and comfort is upmarket with decent Parking space.

Hello guys... recently visited the place,resturant location is good, ambience is nice and gives a great look with all bamboo and plants around you.. i decided to sit in the corner of the roof top... after a while i started sweating as there was no fan or AC. There was no music or if it was it wasnt audible at all which created a dull atmosphere. Talking about the food ordered chilly garlic noodles and veg plater in starter.. noodles were tasty ... but the other snack was too extra crunchy and other than starters ordered panner achari and veg jaipuri in sabji and tandori roti and garlic naan... the veggies were too good with no doubts also the tandori roti was perfect but i was disappointed by the garlic naan.. which was too thin and was crunchy as a papad. I again ordered for another garlic naan but it disapointed me again... overall hospitality and sevice was nice. But the servents and food needs a lot improvement. Oh and one more thing they didnt accepted credit card.

Good location, value for money rooms but strictly for non business travelling. They have a stupid rule, we dont allow outsiders in the room and if you have to meet your guests, meet them at lobby or restaurant. The staff is very adamant and I was told to look for other options in the vicinity if I am against their policy. When you check out, they treat you like a thief and check the room thrice before handing you the bills. Very insensitive, discourteous and insecure people managing the show.

I have shifted from indore to bangalore. My id still carries indore add proof.They were very rude. Did not accept my id. Maybe its their policy not to accept local id. But rudeness! No one had coutesy to even offer me a place to sit till I got someone to help.

Found the hotel in the heart of the city. Good complimentary breakfast , good variety for paid dinner thalli. All being good just being on the higher side of the pricing considering not being in a metropolitan city.

I stayed der for 1 nite v checked in late at 6 evng frst of all location was nt correct in google map so searching hotel itself took 1 hour whatever shown in pics rums were not like dat rums were nt hygenic inside d cup der was a bug nt cleaned properly n v buked through OYO fr 2 adults v said for xtra bed n dey said k charged 750 for dat n at nite when I saw der s matress on floor wrong message coveyed by hotel not at all recommended breakfast was not good not at all hygenic.

Rooms are clean and cosy. staff is very friendly and cooperative. They have roof top restaurant and cafe at ground level. Overall good stay again. I try to get reservation at this hotel only whenever Im visiting Indore.

Please avoid to stay in this property.The location is in very crowded area.The rooms are very very small and linens are very dirty.There are rats in reception area even.God knows what happen in the kitchen/restaurant area.Hygeine is a very big question mark on this hotel.Worst part there are bed bugs everywhere in hotel.I know you wont believe but I am attaching pictures of bed bugs for you to confirm.Hotel staff and management and owner is least worried to solve any of your queries.I booked through Oyo but since last many times I have found OYO only give commitments but when it comes to fulfilling the same, OYO team doesnt help in any issues.OYO just find excuses to solve any of the problems and then we are trapped into OYO false advertisements.Please avoid OYO hotels also.#OYO

Classy rooms with luxurious touchs, near by to the famous chappan dukan of Indore where the all possible types of chats were available, an vegetarian paradise of food with love music and an combination of live music gives it a perfect weekend dinner to do on roof top Patang restaurant, non submissive behaviour of staff tends you to broke down on couple of moments!

The room is very dark at few locations, the massage chair - the major plus point of the room - was not in working condition, water pressure was very low in all the taps. Also the room service is very poor - very late - without courtesy or care. In all not a good experience especially from a branded hotel chain.

Horrible service.Our situation: Im not feeling well and we simply need a place to stay from 5pm to 10pm to lie down and wait comfortably until our bus leaves.The problem: hotel wont allow us to check in because of an unmarried couples policy that wasnt mentioned when we booked.Proposed solutions rejected by the hotel:- just check in with only one person, the other wont even enter the room- just leave our luggage for a couple of hours, we wont even need the room- just get a refundAll alternatives were rejected by the hotel and they wasted over two hours of our time asking us to call different customer services and hotels, neither of which solved our problem at hand. After all this we were kicked out onto the street with our luggage, without a solution. We did manage to get a refund via goibibo, but no thanks to the hotel.Wouldnt recommend.
