It was a very bad experience sending flowers through Arena flowers. They sent flowers wrapped in a news paper. Will never again send anything through them. Our money got totally wasted. On first day they tried to deliver something which did not match the photograph of the product on their site, after we called them they took it back and said they will resend the product as in photograph . Then they called us and said they wont be able to drliver the product as described and asked us to choose some other product. So we agreed and choose some flowers. But we were shocked when flowers came wrapped in a newspaper the next day for delivery. Really very bad experience. We will never again order anything from Arena Flowers. We feel cheated.

There was no real time tracking of the order as to when was it dispatched, when was it out for delivery and when was it actually delivered. Status of the order was updated the next day and I couldnt call the recipient to wish Happy Birthday. It was only when the recipient messaged me for thanks, when I got to know that the order was delivered. You should upgrade your systems so that status of the orders can be updated by the delivery person as soon as he/she is out for delivery and when the order is delivered, through mobile app.

Such a fraud company and making fool to the customers. There is no value of customers and their money, only they are playing with the customers feelings. And in this way, you will do business then one day your company will get closed very soon. Such a cheater (Arena Flowers).Dont purchase from Arena Flowers, they will not deliver the product and even they will not refund your money. I have wasted my money.
