Not a good place to shop quality eye wear. Cheap quality products. The staff is worst no business sense at all to deal with the customers.

Good well managed shop. Customer service from the staffs was very poor were I had very bad experience but the owner of the shop was very genuine and a good person were he politely managed to tackle the situation. The quality of the products and the service was also good where they replaced frame of specs for free of cost even it was a physical damage. highly recommend to choose the product with the owner where he have great knowledge and will suggest you the best

Owner of this Showroom deserves a goodwill.Im using glasses since 2013 but after paying lot of bugs I experienced vulgar quality but a couple of months ago I visited him and its like a 100 % satisfaction in terms of quality even after paying nominal charges .As per personal experience Ill recommend to visit him but having a quite issue with the co-workers their , rest all is amazing especially the behavior of the Showroom owner and his punctuality is really appreciatable.

I got a pair of high power sunglasses. I am satisfied. They dont compromise on quality. The owner is friendly and grounded. I would like to visit again.

As my spect was in warranty period so they didnt charge and corrected it in small time.Even they dont charge for small services no matter if you have taken spects from their shop or not.Thanks Nayan Optx

Worst quality, Mainly the staffs of this shop do not have manner to talk with customer, If we are getting some problem then the staffs have to give solution to customer rather they are arguing with customer. If you want glass or frame then i will suggest please go to nearest shop (Exactly down of this shop)

So cheap type staff they gives bad quality services and they make different different excuses after his own mistake and they argue with customers and shouting on him . I am badly suffer with this problem.If you want good quality of eyewear then this shop is not good for you.
