Its been a year, I am taking my pet to scoopy scrub for regular bathing. The owner is very humble and professional. The workers are also well trained and handle the pet very well. The place is clean and only quality products are used.I highly recommend this place to any pet parent looking for a grooming place.

I have been visiting this place for about a year now, last Friday was my recent visit and it has always be a pleasure to be there. Especially, when everyone at Scoopy Scrub, welcome your pet with a smile. I guess, this is one major reason why Albie (my pet) is so comfortable and at ease, that I have never felt that in Bangalore. Very humble person... Would like him to restart cat grooming as well. Whereas if you need a best grommer for dogs I will definitely recommend him.. As I felt that he is not working just to earn he definitely is living and enjoying his work truly.

The owner is very humble, gives personal attention to each and every customer. He is passionate about his work so does everything efficiently. Have good knowledge of dogs. All services at very nominal price. You can buy quality dog food and other accessories. At least visit once, they give good value proposition.

I am taking my Apso since she was five months old. I recommend Scoopy scrub if you are looking for well trained and professional people to groom your pet. I appreciate the way Mr Madhu advices some people to go to a Vetrinary doctor when they approach him for some medical problems of their pets.

They are not equipped to handle older dogs and confused staff.In a response to the revert from the people running this - the person speaking with me was contradicting himself; whilst he was explaining giving me a sense, that he definitely does not understand handling older dogs at all.He mentioned that old dogs cant take blowers which I completely understand however, when I asked to minus the blower bit, he stratight away refused and told that its not a part of the process and without that the package wont suffice. This gives an impression to me being an owner of an old dog, that they are just business oriented than aiding me with the service and well fare of my dog.Lastly, this is no troll - kindly check the meaning of this first. This is an honest review from a pet parent.Thanks.

Hello my story is different and a bit long BUT definitely needs a mention.With great excitement we got a Golden Rtvr pup - Duke home, as my kids were insisting. Little did we realize that its a life and not just a toy, so its not all rosy. Raising a healthy and happy pup is a BIG responsibility. Duke though very sweet and darling, soiled here and there in the house, started biting things and we felt it was unruly. We felt it was not our cup of tea to handle and thought of giving it away. FORTUNATELY, I must say I spoke to Mr. Madhu to give away Duke. He just completely saved me from committing a SIN. He counselled me and made understand that its just a teething phase, it will pass, he gave me very helpful tips. We followed his advice and found a new love for our Duke. Its seven months plus and we are indebted to him. We are a happy family including Duke whose turning out to become a Handsome Boy. Mr. Madhu from Scoopyscrub Indore... You saved us from a sin, changed my outlook and evolved us as a pet parent. THANK YOU.

Truly saying, each and every staff member of scoopy scrub Indore go above and beyond for their clients through the outstanding services they are offering. I arrived today with my dog, the place was very busy but still i was greeted very fast and warmly. I left my dog in their hands for grooming and gone to attend some meeting. When i returned back to pick him, i was literally very impressed. They did each and everything which i has requested in an amazing way. I strongly recommend this grooming place for your loving pets especially who wants some transformation in their pet’s looks.

When I walked in to Scoopy sycrub, I was not sure what to expect. As, my previous place was a chain pet store as well. We were not clear about what things we wanted, but wanted to get our pooch cleaned up. I am really pleased saying that I was happy after picking her up post her grooming session. She was perfect with bows and all. The whole staff is super friendly and the place is super clean. I think the prices are also average and reasonable. We are having our next appointment within 6 weeks. Had a wonderful first experience, they all had hearts of gold.

Sultan (Germanshepperd) is our 8 year old baby. With time it was becoming difficult for us to give him a timely bath. Also due to a shift in our residence he was getting finicky , developed skin infection.It was then as a blessing Indore got its first best pet grooming parlour. I can proudly say Sultan was their First Pet Customer. Since then he has been a regular visitor and loves his grooming session. Also the owner is very vigilant and keeps us informed about his skin condition. He has always guided us correctly for any medical requirements. I own a Pom who is not very friendly with strangers. I therefore hesitated to take him for grooming fearing his resistance. However, my fears came to an end when I took him for grooming at Scoopy scrub Indore on my friends suggestion. My Romie was pampered thoroughly, the trained staff groomed him with ease and that too without any muzzle!!I was so happy that I could give an expert grooming service to him and could see the difference in him. The owner also guided me with ideas and tips for improving his coat and diet. I cant thank them enough.

I have been taking my dogs to Scoopy Scrub Bengali Square for the past two years. The place is so good that I didnt find any other place that I have tried to be as competent in terms of handling the pets. I moved to Delhi last year where there are a ton of dog parlors but the ones that I visited treat pets as commodities.So trust me when I say that this place will treat your pet like a king/queen. My first experience of grooming my pom was not that much great, therefore I decided never to take him to any parlour for grooming. But one day I was advised by my friend to try Scoopy scrub Indore once. Truly saying the difference i felt can’t be explain in words. The detailed instructions given by Mr. Madhu for my 9 year old pet gave me the assurance that I have stepped into the right place. They took utmost care of his back ache and guided me the further course of action. I am deeply thankful for their caring services.

I just moved to indore 2 months before and was finding the best grooming salon for my cat. I even tried few places but was not happy with their services. Then i went to scoopy scrub, i must say they are sweet and caring and made sure that you are comfortable enough leaving your pet in their care. Best place for pet grooming. Reasonable pricing and really good staff. They treat all pets like their own. They know best way to treat a pet wether it may me agressive or afraid. They provide services like bathing,nail trimming,ear cleaning and hair trimming. They have proper hygiene and also sell high quality pet supplements and many more things. I recently brought my German Shepherd for grooming and I and satisfied more than expected. Thanks to their awesome staff and services.

I was all excited when I got a new pup home, but was worried about managing its grooming needs. On my friends suggestion I went to Scoopyscrub Indore, and how fortunate I was. I took got hints and tips, dos and donts for my precious possession - Zen! The owner patiently answered all my queries as Zen took its bath. Few days back I was really tensed for my dog as a person had visited my home & given a hair cut to my pet. It just spoilt my cutie pies look and i was worried about what to do about it . I shared this with one of my friend and he suggested me Scoopy Scrub. I thought a lot and finally took my dog to them. The staff properly heard my pet’s problem and assured me about their services. When my dog was getting groomed I was really worried, but when they brought my dog out my happiness reached the next level. They just groomed him so well and carefully corrected the wrong hair cut.
