You will learn an incredible amount, not just about your discipline in tech / design / strategy, but also about how to lead teams, define processes, and help manage engagements with clients. Its hard to find a place in which you can own as much as you can here. the learnings are invaluable.The work they do is honestly great. some hiccups here and there Im sure, but by large, their work is what gets them business. Here people you work with are dedicated and smart. the ones that arent do not last long.Pros- Great place to learn- Fast paced environment but its easy to get into the swing of things- Youre given a lot of responsibility if youre starting off, which makes for a good experience- Youre surrounded by VERY smart, dedicated and creative people.
