It is the worst company in indore. They took whole day for 1st technical round and after that say you got selected their will be an final which will hr round only director has to interact with you and plz give review on Google . On final round day also took full time and ask technical questions.. 👎👎👎👎 this kind of things are not good at all

I am loving my experience at Oak Tree. I feel like you are given so much autonomy to be creative and strategic with your job. They do a great job at training you and giving you the tools and support you need to learn new skills. I really love the company culture. Some of the best people that you will ever meet work there, I felt very included and was encouraged to speak my mind and be myself!

I have had many jobs and never have I been treated the way I am treated here. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank. There is an open-door policy that makes me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. The team-building exercises we do each month also really help to connect us as a company so we are a team working towards the same goal instead of separate departments ignoring one another..
