Filling the bus like goat and sheep, stopping every 30 min for loadingand unloading the passengers, arrival time was 7.00 and bus reache4 hrs late from the scheduled time. Worst service dont go with this bus

Firstly bus late approx 1hour late it take 15 hours to reached destination.Bus service and support was not good.im traveling from Indore to Pune.

The bus was already 2hours late, I booked the ticket online and the lady at Pune office gave my seat to some other passenger without my permission due to which it created a huge mess and upon denying by me to make any changes s in seat allocation she did not listen to it and gave my seat to other passenger. Worst experience ever, to my utter shock she offered me 400 ₹ to change the seat as per her wish. I must say Rajratan is best for bus journeys.

Disgusting service,I was travelling from Nagpur to Bhilai the bus was scheduled at 3.30 am and it arrived at 8.00 am approx 5 hours late,and that is not it..the sheets were dirty no cleanliness at all...also the bus driver or the travel agency just wont pick up the call I had to wait for 2.30 hours in the bus stop later I went back home after 5 hours they called and updated about the bus status..just dont waste your money on it!!

Earlier there used to be 2*1 ac sleeper.. now they are running 2*2 ac sleeper.. which is one of the third class bus they have... Even after being 2 seater space is sufficient for only one person

Direct bus service between Indore to Raipur Via Nagpur, Excellent Volvo bus with all basic facilities, takes near about 15 hrs reach indore to Raipur, friendly behavior of bus staff members, along with balance driving speed. Very good option for people who wants travel from indore to Raipur.

The city link staff and driver harass the travellers. The bus driver is deliberately make the bus late and will leave you at outskirts of Pune. When you call indorr office they are very rude and arrogant.If you care about safety of your people then please do not use this traveller

Pls dont travel with green color citilink bus there driver behaviour is so rude and take some extra money for luggages and if we dont pay then he try to give harm our luggage and loudly shouting on us. Timing is not good, pls maintain timing of your buses, i was book online your ticket between indore to gwalior,I was reach gwalior at 11 am morning and its timing is 9 am

They sale your booked ticket, and try to convince to take another back seats, I think they black the ticket at the time of high demand. When I discussed they simply deny everything.

Pathetic condition of waiting area... Washroom and toilet were extreamely dirty.... Even breathing was impossible inside the washroom because of smell of urine... No sitting space at all... Every where was luggage and only luggage...

Worst service provided by citylink indore travels. For 10 hours journey from Indore to Mumbai , the bus got delayed by around 7 hours.Totally disappointing service.

Hello, i travel from pune to indore on april 8 , its very worst experience since i am travelling on this route from last 6 years i have never seen before this type of worst things, i have booked two tickets from this bus online in emergency bus went from sangamwadi pune at 8:30 almost on time i asked to conductor arrival time of indore he replied 8:30 in morning, bus arrived at 11:45 am and the behavior of the conductor is also very rude he charged me 20 rs extra to keep my luggage in the luggage box, i asked him to give 10 rs he started shouting loudly, in other travels this facility is free and the conductors are very polite and helpful we will automatically give them money, but here my experience is so worst i reached my home at 12:30 whole day wasted, i will never travel from this bus again and i will never suggest anyone to travel in this bus,

I would like to say that service is totally worst also stuff is so irresponsible , AC sleeper I have booked seat no. 26(16feb 2019) there is breaking glass diffuse from this body part affected and infection seriously other travel providing a good service as compared to this worst worst and worst never again.

Non of the listed services are available. Mobile charging points not working, no wifi, TV not working, bus already late 1 hrs from start point. It is just an a/c bus with no other services. Not recommend it to anyone.
