No doubt, Anyone who is going through the reviews, must be thinking, how a company can be so perfect that everyone is giving 4+ ratings, are all the employees so satisfied? Well these reviews are posted by the so energetic and vibrant or say the Super team HR🤣🤣. The reality of the organisation is that out of whole blucursor team, hardly 30% of them are employees and rest all are interns. There are no AC fans or any facility.You have to report your EOD tasks to the HR whether youre in technical position or non-tech one irrespective of the fact that HR team doesnt know anything about technology for exa. Meaning of an IP address 😂. Company is not at all ready to invest in anything but still theyll expect everything from you against a petty amount of salary which is too much according to them.This organisation can be quite good for freshers who need experience to get a nice job as theyll provide you with a lot of work for a petty stipend but at last you may get a experience certificate.Again, dont expect a professional environment here, professionalism will be reflected only till you get hired.And hiring is also not difficult, youll have to solve an IQ test of which the questions arent changed from a long time.I worked here for 2 months as a network administrator and I was totally frustrated.You can connect me on LinkedIn to know my experience if youre planning to join blu cursor.

But my review would be mix of both, Ill criticize & appreciate the culture at the same time. I served there for 7 months (approx), Loved the associated peoples (Employee), Co-operative HR & Seniors. Although in my case no senior was there 😉 But when it comes to payment then all problem arise😀 On-time credit of salary but with un-necessary deductions, thatll lead to credit of stipend not salary at EOM, Time boundations (No flexibility), No Appreciation, No AC & Fans (Yes, its true as well, Believe me) but co-operative management 😅.So if youre planning to go for this organization then pls think twice & & discuss with more people & then take your decision.
