No customer service once you buy the product from them

My experience was worst. My sandal broke so i went to buy a new pair,there when i was entering, a staff ofShooz stoped me and asked me to clean my shoes, i also did but, it is rainy season and mud was not being removed. She ashed me to remove my shoes over that shea also told me that she was the owner but, she was not. Staff is very arrogant and dont have manners to talk to customer.please dont purchase shoes etc.from there.
