The most pathetic courier service I have ever seen.No one is picking up call & no one knows where is consignment reached. Only saying its in transit since last 5 days. Bangalore to Indore they are taking more than 5 days time for delivery. In future I will never use their serviceds.

I got a call from this service and they said my address does not come under their delivery. So I have to go and pick. When I asked for more details, she bluntly told me that.. do you want it or not. Or we will return. Very bad experience. Very unprofessional

Ive never experienced such a pathetic service. Why dont you just shut down your services? How could you handle packages so carelessly? And you have delivered the parcel after a week since it reached your office. Sorry to say this, but you can render a great service just by shutting down. Very upset with your service

This is the Most Unprofessional Courier service In India, every where they have excuses to deliver the couriers for which they take premium charges. They never deliver saying its not their service area, even if the location is besides their own office.

One of the worst courier service. I almost lost my parcel.. They are operating from one basement in a building nd my parcel got all drenched and they never bothered to call me leave alone delivering it. I had to go and collect it after over 2 weeks by myself finding why it was not being delivered. Is this the way to handle a courier agency.

Unprofessional courier services.. with very bad staff members... I lost my parcel.. they called me to pick up the parcel and went their and they missed it... They told me about my parcel after 1week... Staff behaviour is very bad... They are rude and not responsible... Heights of unprofessional behaviour...

The phone numbers dont work they dont pick up the calls, and your items gets delayed to extreme, Please DONT USE this company. Just save your self from trouble.

This is the worst courier service one can get caught with. My parcel was almost lost and after 10 days of chasing and hunting I did, I found it in pathetic condition in a basement parking where these guys so called operate from. Not at all reliable. Highly disappointed with the service of this agency, sent an emergency courier to ahmedabad from indore, it was not delivered even with 15 days time period and moving back to indore, not even a single clarification call. very worst service. India Post is faster than professional courier.

Highly unprofessional service. I ordered paints from Chennai and as i an not there, I gave my brothers number. My brother has been waiting to collect the package. Last two days the tracking shows it is out for delivery and no one contacted my brother till now. my brother works in shifts and he isnt available after 2 pm at home. I tried calling the indore centre, the HEAD office of professional courier and none of the calls get answered. I will call the company who shipped through them to never take the service. Oh yes additional the register complaint box on their website doesnt work dont even bother submitting anything there. Sheer waste. I will put this review on your head office site, facebook page and consumer forum. and which office doesnt open untill 12pm in afternoon?????? and you call yourself service professionals? what a joke.

Very rude people sitting out there. The two ladies are doing nothing and talking very badly with the customer. In morning i called them to send my courier but nothing came by afternoon but then i thought to remind again in afternoon and when asked about the courier they said the area is no service area. Please do not send any courier to them as they are doing nothing just sitting and eating our money.
