More mega mart has now long years of legacy in retail. The only issue with this store is that they are very slow in upgradation of check out process, discount clarity and even staff. Other retail stores are more preferable because of there fast process adaptation & ease of shopping experience.

A decent and huge place to shop in. You can find much of everything here at a reasonable price. The best ranges are of kitchen ware, toiletry, stationary, sports etc.The air conditioning was shut down for a long period that made it impossible to shop for a longer period. I found that the staff wasnt of much help. The worst products include clothing. Searching for things is a lot harder as you may find yourself lost among gigantic shelves and price tags that focus more on off labels than the price(marketing strats). I would like if they added hanging boards for wayfinding that are conspicuous for customers.

Nice place for shopping its like Big grocery store like Big Bazaar, Most of the things one will get here,but I felt clothes are of average or below standard apart from clothing its good.Cards are accepted for Payments.Situated inside C21 Mall ,Store is in Basement. Lift for going inside downward is there but while exiting and moving upwards no lift.

Grocery section is good but the fashion wear there is not up to the expected level

Prices are high compare to big bazaar and any other super store. Staff behavior was not friendly if you want to ask details of any product they even do not knew about offer and promotion. Most of the billing counter are not working due to which you will end up with big queue for billing and most of yr time gone waste due to which. Plus they dont have any rapid checkout counter for fast checkout of 5 or less product.

I purchased walnuts 1kg pack on 4/10/2021 of rs 725 .It is having foul smell and fungus in it. I am not able to contact the store as they never pic up the call.

I have ordered online groceries last year and they have not deliver some of the item and havent issued the refund as well till now.And whenever i take follow up they ask me to call after sonetime or their staff dont reply on wats app..I dont understand how much time they need to issue refund or if they dont want to issue atleast should have guts to deny the same should not avoid from last 1 year...really very poor and pathetic swrvice..

I have visited store today for shopping. The staff and management dont have any etiquet to talk with customer and their service is very poor. I am totally unhappy with service.

I usually buy all stuffs for my home from here only. You will get everything available mostly. And staff members are also good as they guide you if theres anything you cant find. Crowd is decent but only in Sundays you need wait for billing but thats understandable.

Each and every home appliances, vegetables, fruits clothes, etc etc are available under one roof, so please do come here for exciting offers.All the staff members are well behaved.Especially the housekeeping department staff is very good, i have seen many times they are always working.But, I have an issue you guys need to be more efficient because there are competitors also.The bakery section of more is very delicious.And Clothes section and footwear section need to be improvise in branding and all.So please do come once.

Worst experience ever..... I have been shopping from this store for last few years but todays experience is the worst. Security guard Garima thinks that the customers that come to the store are all shoplifters. And she even thinks like shes the owner of the store not even listening to her superior Mr. Ajit Singh Chauhan. I am never going to the store again and I will ask everyone to avoid the store if they dont want to be called as shoplifters.

I prefer more megastore in comparison to other super markets. But billing is often tiresome at more maga store at c21. Also exit is out of the mall.. so if we want to get inside we need re enter from outside.

Its an oldest mall in Indore. More mega only situated in Indore MP only. As per my view its a good and redeemable mall. Because its having wide range of different products including fashion, vegetables, bakeries, cooking utensils, electronic items like tv , refrigerator, washing machine , also provides furnitures item. Overall the experience is good with more mega mall. You can visit over there and definitely you will get the best items in good range.

Megamo is available in C21 Mall. Usually Mall used to have lots of items but after covid it has shrunk its size. Still you get the required in a new look.
