I suggest dont book this hotel because staff and maneger very bad behaviour and unsafe hotel.
This hotel is great with hospitality & privacy. The space is good and the quality provided is appreciable. The rooms are good. The price is very convenient. The staff are helping and supportive. You can check in early and can check out late without any problem.You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner at your rooms anytime you want.The customer help desk is always available to assist you.Couples are allowed and no extra or unnecessary troubles are made to them.The ambience is good. The room structure and the colouring is good.This place is good for families too. If you book from for a week or two you should contact directly to the hotel to avail maximum discount.Pay via right wallet to avail maximum discount and enjoy with peace.
Great place to stay when you are in Indore. Its not far away from Airport. Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Room service is fast and good. Free wifi with TV available in room. No dinner provided, you can order from outside. They provide you breakfast but with average quality, other than this everything is good.
My stay here was really nice, the rooms were nice and clean. The staff here were super helpful and friendly.We loved our stay at this place. 5 star for this place for giving us a perfectly safe vibe. Will surely come here next time we visit indore.
Peaceful place.. Clean environment.. The stay was good.. The only drawback was no access to food and basic amenities nearby.. Neither they serve food in the hotel.. The rest is all good.. The staff was helpful too
I dont even want to give them 1 star. I check in their with my girlfriend on 3rd of march and we both had little fight. They called us from their reception and started questioning stupid things. What are you guys doing ? Why you are shouting ? We are coming to your room, and they actually entred our room even i told them everything is fine. After some time they again called us from reception and in a very bad way they started yelling that you guys are not good and in future we are not going to provide you room. Is this the way to talk to your guest. And by doing this they have spoil the image of Oyo. I have been in several Oyos in Indore but i have never faced this stupidity. And the worst thing is about to come. At the time of check out when i give them the keys they instantly sent the rating option on my app and forcefully took my phone and gave themself 5 star rating. This is the worst thing that i have to face. I think you should took away your business from them as they are spoiling your brand name. I am expecting a quick response from your team.
The worst stay ever no powersupply back up.. they dont take oyo customers if u r single. Tv was not working all that person was saying he will change the room..no facility for break fast but they are charging for it because you are using oyo coupons.

I would give it zero star but not possible. Stayed one night because booked on line and could not cancel. Bedsheets etc were not changed from previous occupants, the bathroom tiles and floors left dirty, I could add more but is pointless.

Kamla Kunj garden is a very nice place for wedding , the rooms are realy good and cleaning is maintained properly.
