Banquet Hall: The worst experience ever. Had my marriage reception done here in February 2021 and the power went off in the middle of the function. When I spoke to the management, turned out they dont even have inverters. Thanks to Indore Electricity Board, that power came back in 10 minutes.Rooms: the dirtiest rooms ever. The public toilets are much cleaner in Indore than the ones in this hotel. The rooms are quite small and suffocating with non-working ACs. You actually have to choose among the amenities that you want to have. You can either have a clean room or a room with working AC or a room with working TV. However youll have to pay for all the amenities.The staff is very uncooperative and mostly unavailable.The only good thing in this horrid place was the food which was somehow decent.Overall, its better to get the function done anywhere else rather than getting insulted in front of hundreds of people.

Went for banqueting enquiry for my marriage.The manager dealing the same is extremely arrogant, very moody and is a capricious individual.During first meeting, we concluded a per plate price and he denied his own words even when everything was written and said in front of two other people.Thankfully we didnt arrange for function at their place because this manager is one of pathetic person I have seen in service industry. Felt like slapping him sometimes too.Review- My didnt avail their services so cant comment on the food and other stuff. But when we started enquiring, we got several feedbacks of people saying they remove plates in between to increase the count. Doesnt suit a brand like Apna.Be careful while going for Apna.

I had booked suite (4x) room but what roim was provided to me was very small when i asked them for bigger room they told me that we provide this room as 4x for oyo customers. also i had included breakfast but they informed me only bread tost and tea can be availed for any thing else i have to pay. now there was not water in the bathroom at all, complained s3veral times i had to check out without shaving and bath. worst experience, i will have to think twice now before booking oyo my previous experience was also not good with them

Decent place to stay. Rooms are decent. Service is not upto the mark. I stayed for 3 days. Room was clean on first day. But later cleaning wasnt good. No changing of linen, bedsheets, etc for the rest duration of stay. Need to call multiple time for housekeeping and room service.

In 2014 it was given 3 stars. Not a good place to stay in. Also rents out halls for dinner/marriages. Crowded. Understaffed. Water for bath was lukewarm. Dove menace. Canteen service was not good. Definitely does not deserve 3STARS.

It is a good and a decent marriage garden in the central Indore. It has got sufficient parking lot. And also has lot of rooms with all very good basic amenities. One speciality about this place is its big podium. The stage is high raised and has got really nice decoration. It has two main halls and the garden is approximately of 125x125 feet. Overall a best choice for functions.

Oh man. Where do i start. Do not believe the pictures they have posted. It is a complete hoax and the hotel is a complete shambles.It is a big hotel, with one cleaner do his job half hearted. Rooms were meant to be with a/c, but not working in the indian summer.Restaurant looked liked a rundown dhaba.Staff were oblivious to the problems and completely unhelpful.There are more issues.All i can say before staying or booking/paying for the rooms, take a personal visit to the hotel and roomsOur biggest fault is that we booked it online and it did not accept payment at the hotel (maybe for this very reason, so guests do not run away after seeing the hotels condition)

Apna palace is banquet hall plus hotel for organizing marriages and other family function. Rooms are decent though it is fully AC but few rooms AC doesnt work. Bathroom cleanliness not maintained properly some of them stinking. But on another hand they have nice open area ceremony stage is nicely located.

We were charged INR 3,000 Inclusive of taxes and complementary breakfast for a days stay (~6 Hours) - we did not use any booking service (contacted the hotel directly).We were given a luxury room - it was anything but luxury. Unclean, almost sticky floors; used soap bottles in Bathroom; only 1 towel and no napkins were provided for a room of 3 adults; the AC was barely working; we were served coffee sachets from 2015 (I kid you not).Definitely not a 3-star experience.

I loved the place as well food quality.. one thing i would like to mention is the whole serving staff ie.waiters knows full specifications of each n every dish. The quality of food as well timing of service can get 100/100 marks.there are two staues as well stones i like all that. Chairs are also good very Comfortable. Clean wash rooms is also a plus point..they should add dryer over there.so it will too good for ladies..

Apna Palace is one of the best hotel chains in Indore. Located at different places in and around indore it offers tasty food, nice ambience and comfortable place at reasonable cost. Good place for family outing and parties.

I am glad to review this hotel. I booked 2 luxury rooms here. It was really like APNA. The staff was very well mannered and their services were prompt. The rooms and toilet were neat and tidy. I give 9/10 to APNA. Deducted 1 point as the locker did not work and when asked Manager, he wasnt available that time. Its ok but overall my stay was very peaceful. The view of garden from hotel room is v nice. Unfortunately my stay was during 45 degrees so we didnt go out of room but in rains I am sure the hotel, its environment, garden, spacious parking would be very soothing, cooling & refreshing. It was excellent.

We booked this place for a wedding in our family. These people have worst management. For everyrhing employees, manager need to ask and take permission from the owner. In this era you dont have time to follow this long hierarchy. This is quite mismanagement thing. Our luggage also got stolen feom the room. There are no proper CCTV cameras. There is no professionalism as all. Pls you all be double sure before booking this place. I gave 2 stars just because of good big space.

Worst hotel. 3 star, for name sake. Its a lodge. They have only one plate to serve. Warm water come only during morning. The front desk doesnt have any idea what they are doing. House keeping doesnt pick up phone. Only one iron in whole hotel.

No hot water to bath. People visit Ujjain & Omkareshwar from here and have to leave early, but hotel does not provide hot water after many reminders, which causes delay in further travel. As the cost of room is high, at least the basic service should be provided.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city but very close to the airport (around 10-15 mins drive). I stayed there with my family for 3 days. The property is well maintained. The rooms are nice and clean. And also the toilets. House-keeping staff perform their job well.Breakfast is complimentary. Though not lavish but its decent and only vegetarian.Hotel has a veg only restaurant which is good.

Excellent service from staff. Very polite in behavior. Hotel comprises of many marriage halls on each floor. It has large garden outside for big functions.The view from the room was nice and it had big windows. Downside was, 1 of the 2 curtains was removed and when I asked to place a different curtain, they denied. Toilet was unclean and untidy.Breakfast was limited not many options. No buffet breakfast as mentioned on website.Ample car parking available. Hotel served as a good landmark.

Its on Dhar main road. I went for attending wedding event. Its good place. Lack in a few things as in rooms there was no geyser. In winter in indore u need hot water. Places is quite big enough and peaceful place as its quite outskirts. Rooms were good. Clean and bed 🛏 were nice. Had good sleep.

I was there for a family function and it was very well organized. There was buffet with many Indian dishes which tasted good. Overall it was a nice event, well managed and staff was very courteous.

Good Place But It lack In Air Conditioner And Water Supply Facilities but the food they have served was tasty and decoration was also good but In summer what required more where temperature is between 40-45°C is air conditioner or cooler but they lack in both the things.But At last it is good place for doing functions and parties.

The hotel has everything thatll you expect of it except cleanliness. It is sad to find this state of affairs in the cleanest city of the country.

Hotel is at a good location near to airport as well as city. If you want to visit city , autos are easily available and the charge 60 rs from hotel to Sarafa Bajar. Staff at reception are also well trained and behaved nicely. I didnt find any negative point about hotel.

Delicious food and amazing interior.

Stayed in this property (3 adults 1 child) for 2 nights. As we reached late in the night, around 00:05 hrs, I repeatedly rang the hotel and reported about our late arrival. Though we made payment for extra person, we got only a mattress WITHOUT ANY COT. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, doors and walls dirty. Not at all up-to the standard of a 3 star hotel. The maintenance was extremely poor. Even the furnishings at the reception were not properly maintained. In the evening, we had no choice but to change the room. Sorry to mention that the next room also had a dirty bathroom. We had to ring the reception several times to get a bed sheet though we paid for the extra person accommodation.The overall experience was very unpleasant and our tour mood was spoiled.

As the marking suggests this hotel is authentically three stared.The hotel was around a price range of 2000 bucks. The hotel is quite decent to stay for a single night or for a wedding event or so . The hotel is quite far from the city , it takes around 25-30 minutes to reach to the station from this place . I think one could get a much better option in the middle of the city within the same price range . Again , if you want to live in that particular area , or have a wedding event @ this place , it is a wonderful hotel in this price range !!!

Its a good palace to visit to spend time with family. It has good environment good service. Great taste of food, the location is not so good but its adjustable. Well its a great place to go.

Location is a little out of the city, but then Indore has a good transport network because of uber. Rooms are clean, and well maintained. Service is stellar. The staff is pretty accommodative to all requests.

One of the worst hotel experience.Wifi doesnt have range. Toilets and lobby smell of strong sanitation chemicals. Towels given for use are sub standard for the rates this hotel charges. Breakfast is as dumb as the staff. They put sugar in my mausambi juice, making me wonder if this is sugar juice? Sandwich was soggy, and dosa was cold. A typical low quality hotel trying to make it big but it will remain their dream for a long time to come. I hate it completely.

Completely unpleasant experience!!!Hotel staff is not at all co-operative and very rude. They dont know how to talk and behave like you are staying for free.I asked for pickup from Railway station which they denied stating they dont have cab available. Somehow managed to reach there in auto as i couldnt find cab near station. While check-in one of the room decor was too bad and there were cracks in the wall so i asked them to give other room on which they simply denied they dont have any other room available even though i rarely see other guests in the hotel. Both days when i go out i asked for cleaning and when reached back to hotel found toilet un-flushed and dirty. Upon asking the reason they stated inquiring on me that its not possible instead of feeling sorry and get this clean.Only good thing was fast room service & good food. i think thats too because we were going to pay separately for that.

I stayed for two nights and the hotel ambiance was good. room service,food quality was excellent. in terms of cleanliness its upto the mark. no proper ventilation in the bathroom. overall its a perfect stay for the family and most important its near to the airport. i prefer staying here for my future trip.

Stayed here with my wife on the 25th and 26th Dec. Room was dirty when we checked in and had to get it cleaned. Food was good, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The hotel is located at the western edge of Indore city, so travelling to the city center can be quite cumbersome, especially since the auto rickshaws seldom run via meter (having your own vehicle becomes somewhat of a necessity). The hotel arranged a cab for my Ujjain visit which was quite comfortable and inexpensive. One major concern was the lack of hot water throughout the day, especially in late December when you would be shivering even at noon.

The room was small but neat as well as the bathroom. Food was fine.The issue was the location which ultimately proved out to be bit offbeat with respect to Indore. So new guys coming to Indore looking for Value for Money stay should first check out their location of interest and then decide on this hotel.The receptionist was very rude and hence I give 1 star to Service Quality. I would have given zero if there was such an option. His responses were in a way so as to mock me as well as my companion. Only when I confronted him and said bluntly that you are rude and you will see the same on Goibibos feedback form did he get soft and courteous but for me the harm was already done.

When we checked in the hotel, no problem occurred, it was hassle free check in even the check out was also smooth. But just one thing that was not good, we wanted a extra bed but they provided mere an extra mattress and charge Rs. 900 for that, rest it was a good hotel. Ambiance was good, staff was well behaving. Worst place. No cooling in ac after multiple complaint they were not able to fix it. No exhaust in washroom, it gets humid and we dont have any option. For whole day there was no water in washroom as well as no drinking water. We had to call ppl for cleaning no daily cleaning routine. Pathetic management.

When i go to indore i prefer to stay always in this hotel. It is a hotel of famous apna restaurant so food is delicious,room of luxury and suite class is very clean and wi fi speed is superb and i think fastest among all the hotels of indore (i stayed south avenue also and wi fi was wrost).
