Rooms was spacious and large but not very clean. linen was dirty and was changed on complaint. Staff behaviour was good but no body was wearing mask. electric kettle was available but no tea-coffee, milk powder. not provided even on request. Morning tea in room was denied with stupid excuse that chef is busy with preparing breakfast. highly over valued. could have been 25-30 % cheaperAverage. Sofa was not clean. Amenities were not there. Only positive thing was the location of the hotel.

I went to this place with my friends and stayed there for a day. The hotel staff was very friendly and hotel room was also very tidy and sophisticated, this hotel has are rooftop swimming pool and a restaurant on the top. Food was good but only a few options were provided otherwise the amenities and the hospitality was perfect. This hotel is beside Radisson Hotel and it is easily accessible

I strongly recommend all the outsiders to *not to visit this hotel* rather you can visit Radisson Blu Hotel because Hotel Somdeeps staff behaviour is so irritating and rude. They make you fool by saying they have lost Tariff card on asking by you and do charge whatever price they want to, by seeing persons personality. Me and my father visited there a week ago, they were like they would provide good services but ask to us it was apsolutely unsatisfactory and a bad experience staying there for a day. They dont show you the charge rates i.e. Tariff card on which every category wise rooms rate is mentioned, even they pretend like its lost, they couldnt find it at a moment and make you fool by charging very high rates.They charge really expensive than Radisson Blu Hotel. Even they would also give you the room where chimney sound from kitchen would disturb you whole day by telling you that they dont have other vacant rooms. Even no soap solution was available in washroom , when asked they just ignored it. No cable was there until asked and says all the facilities are provided in our Hotel..This is what they call facilities and services. We had to ask for each and every silly thing that day to provide us which was from their side but we had to remind them at every moment. They just dont care about you after recieving their advance payment. Had a extremely worst experience.

We stayed here for 10 days during a business visit and the lockdown was imposed at that time. The service extended by the entire staff was wonderful. The took care of us with all required essentials. I would proudly say A Home away from Home

Old styled, conventional setup. But they hv tried few new things though. Rooms are not that clean, especially sheets on the mattresses. Looked like they had just put the used ones directly, without changing them with washed and ironed ones. In my opinion, such hotels are most hopeless hotels.But i still am giving 3 stars just because of front office personnel like Mr. Abhay who are helpful. Restaurant is also horribly maintained. Worst part is the shower. My God, who puts it directly up on your head? Pls see the pic of shower that im posting.

Absolutely average amenities, services are poor and response time is too long. While checked in, TV DTH not working, Wi Fi not working, tea kettle not working, brekfast quality very average, one light in the room not working so you can not study while on bed.....at this cost (booked it @2200 per day with breakfast) anyone will expect much much higher then this

Good property but you may find its furniture and furnishing a little old fashioned.But food and their delivery is very fast. Best part is, you can order food from outside as well. Locality was good.Swimming pool was not maintained.

Over rated hotel. Dont be fooled. Dirty linen. No one at reception. Blaring music playing from their lounge till midnight. Breakfast only served after 8 AM. Extremely over priced for the quality of rooms. No toiletries or amenities available. Very shady kind of hotel for women or families.

There are many flaws and not one.... Room allotted without changing a neat and clean bed linen, tap working properly in the washroom, TV remote Ina working condition, called on the reception for these but staff reached after 45 min. Food ordered reached the room only after a reminder. Had to call again for the tap then the back office person after listening the complaint passed on the phone to another employee without any answer and then that employee asked for the problem again.... Somebody suggested me but trust me I will NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone in FUTURE....

A good place to stay for business visits. Affordable and tidy rooms. The staff is supportive. Located at the heart of the city. Very convenient to travel from different locations.

One of my personal favorite place in Indore. Serves good food. Ambiance is good. Staff is quite polite and courteous. Rooftop restaurant has very nice view and feel about it. Their lounge named mustang is also awesome for parties and having fun.

My visit to Somdeep Palace was inspired by a night spent at a nearby hotel where I was a regular visitor. The hotel was under whitewashing and the oil paints nauseating smell kept me uncomfortable. Switching to Hotel Somdeep Palace was a welcome relief after visiting the nearby hotels. The Front Office manager Mr. Deepak Vatiya walked me through the entire propertys highlights with eagerness and pleasant attitude. The Mustang Nightclub with dance floor & bar, and rooftop SD 21 poolside restaurant were quite a sight. He even offered to get my luggage picked up from the last hotel where I stayed (1 km away).The dinner from their Tulip Hall restaurant was fresh and delicious. My body felt rested after a peaceful overnight sleep. A refreshing steam bath helped me rejuvenate. The F & B Manager Mr. Manoj Rathore was present during morning buffet breakfast to personally oversee guest comfort.I recommend this hotel for elegance with comfort and value for money.

Hotel Somdeep Palace. I am reviewing this hotel based on dining experience. Last week we visited for dining. Well starting from Parking, Valet parking is available and you can park your vehicle by oneself. Premises dont have specific parking lounge they use to park road side (which obviously increases the chance of damages/ scratches). Lift is available to visit rooftop restaurant.Restaurant provide open and roofed dining area I opted open area and trust me that was wonderful experience. Well you wont get any highly standard sitting chair but its an average. Staff was helpful but need to improve to maintain a standard. Services need to improve as they were taking huge amount of time to serve even chapatis after first and second call. Food was good, unfortunately dessert was not having much option on the day I visited.Overall I will give 3/5.

Very very very poor service. Never ever stay in this hotel. Total money wastage. Let me go point by point.1. Very poor service... If you make service request for drinking water, it will be fulfilled in more than an hour. And then, they will simply say.. Sorry sir. Any requests, will take minimum 30 minutes to fulfill. Morning, 7.30 am, if you ask for a cup of tea, they will say, sir not possible. And then you have to pursue them for the cup of tea.2. Poor toilets... Low on hygiene and stinking toilets.3. Compromised meals... Dont fall into trap of free meals. The meal is of poor quality and bad taste. To my surprise, even I spotted a hair in the breakfast.4. Poor reception supportDont book even if this is the last available hotel in Indore.

Book this hotel online rather instant booking from counter, it is much cheaper online through Goibibo, room service and location is good, very nice disco and restaurants available but only couple entry is allowed in the disco. Food is delicious, parking is nicely managed.

Ambience of Hotel Somdeep Palace is good, I went to one of the restaurant of Somdeep Palace is SD21, I tried Chicken and Mutton Biryani there. The taste was awesome.

Good place to stay, in a prime location of indore, which has in boundary club called Mustang Lounge. The cost is a bit high as per the spaces of the room but the service is to the point. It also has a swimming poool rooftop restaurant cum bar.

I went for dinner at this place. I went with my friend. The rooftop arrangement is very much charming. The location is awesome. Food was delicious. Services are exceptional. This is what I really felt being there. Interior decoration was enchanting. I would like to visit there again for reunion party or celebration. This hotel is just behind Radisson Blu hotel, Indore. I would like to recommend everyone around there to pay a visit even for a dinner and you will feel the difference and elegance of that place.

Was searching a place for clubbing, already knew some clubs ive already been in vijay nagar area, looked at zomato and saw this place, well what was next we were 4 couples, decided to visit here and we were afriad too, because this is a new place.Ive been to SD top floor restaurant and it was prodigious experience.so i was sure that atleast food and booze would be good, just have to care of ambience because i wasnt visiting alone.so after visiting this place the hesitancy went away, the bar counter, the roll out the red carpet was done well by attendant.I was already liking this place, the new clubbing experience was kinda impressive,The rates are some what lofty, but its okie by looking the ambience of this place.we had booze, my friends were happy thank god the risk taken was moneyed.we didnt had dinner, we were full in starters only
