Prior to my therapy sessions with Deeksha maam, I was in a very dark and bad place, which started with slacking off to shutting down quite everything in my life, post which I turned to therapy. Each session with Deeksha maam has been very mindful. She has helped me with years of damaging patterns and in constructively articulating my thoughts. She is very patient and a great listener. The sessions felt like talking to a friend but instead of them giving an advice/solution they guide you to a solution in a safe zero judgment zone. I feel a difference in how I conceive and address things now. She regularly checks in with me (which are our very own telepathy moments)I feel grateful to Deeksha maam for her kindness and thoughtful attention throughout the process.

My journey with Uplife has been very inspirational and life-changing. Every session, program I have attended with them was very helpful and motivating. I took online pre-natal counselling. It was my 3rd pregnancy I was having problem in accepting and was extremely scared because my last two deliveries were complicated. Because of her guidance I started feeling happy and excited. When I was going in the operation theatre everyone in the family, my husband, my mom were so worried and I was the one to console them. She made me so strong and positive. Her few techniques were for good temperament of the baby and I used to think that how can it affect in the womb. Now when I see that my daughter is such an easy child, I understand the magic and wonders mental wellbeing can do.

I took their service for my interview which they call it as Performance Coaching. I had a few interviews lined up and I was very worried because my previous interviews were not very good and I became really hopeless. Even when I was taking sessions I had no dedication or expectation.But my interview was a life time experience I dont have any physical problem like trembling and sweating. I have always had stage fear throughout my life.. but ever since Ms Deeksha Upadhyay has helped me, it’s been amazing. I can actually feel the difference when I talk in front of public. I used to feel very anxious while engaging in a conversation.. She helped me during my college days when I could not answer during a lecture even when I knew the answer..
