Poor quality construction. Even the sample flat on second floor had completely wet inner wall. Room and flat size is smaller than what I have seen in Mumbai. Not sure why are they constructing so small 2 BHK in Indore. 12 flats in one floor was obnoxious to start with and then everything went south.

Very Good colony This is. Good People are there in this colony. I am living in this colony since 2015 but no report of theft is there. Swimming Pool is very nice. Anyone who wants to buy house in this area he should first come and see this society.

Well maintained, clean, civilized Society just one problem electricity supply is not regular and if you complain about something then it takes average 14 days to resolve.

Horrible place

The facilities are poorly maintained, there is a huge water issue. The people responsible mostly forget to fill the tank and you need to go and complain a million times before any action is taken.The things used in building the houses are not up to the mark.. and even though the maintenance is in their hands for a year. They are extremely slow to react to complaints, and sometimes the issues are not even resolved.The distance is a bit of a problem, otherwise the place is really good to live, surrounded by nature and fresh air.

If you like fresh air, healthy atmosphere then its place for you. Convince is a little issue but manageable.
