An impressive structure with quite vivid signage at the top of the building mentioning NICT used to draw my attention whenever I visited Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore. I later came to know about the full form of NICT as Network of Information & Computer Technology. I wanted to gather information about it, but most of the time, it used to go on the backburner and I used to get occupied in other tasks. During this visit, I made a mental note and extracted the contact number of NICT and called up the reception. The gentle lady patched me through to the HR Department and the HR Manager asked me to drop in an email to know more about them. I did so and in the meantime downloaded their application and browsed through their website to gather detailed and accurate information. NICT Technologies Private Limited came into inception in the year 2003 when three dexterous and highly experienced implementers, Mr. Mukesh Hajela, Mr. Jeetendra Choudhary and Mr. Mahendra Gupta came together and joined hands to launch a platform beneficial for hundreds of thousands.The services offered by the company include banking services of Bank of India, State Bank of India and YES Bank. The other services include services related to IRCTC, Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitran for electricity bill collection, PAN Card and Aadhar Card. On enquiring, I discovered that the organization has been a pioneer in the fields of Financial Inclusion, e-Governance, Capacity Building, Training, ICT and others. They have a wide network and a strong presence across India except for Jammu and Kashmir and Kerala.With around 425 dedicated team members spread across India, the company is operating from thirteen branch offices including Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Panchkula, Guwahati, Lucknow, Patna, Jaipur, Raipur and Ahmedabad with Headquarters based in Indore.I personally availed some of their services via their user-friendly mobile application and did not face any hiccups. They are trying to make their systems, processes and working more robust and I extend my best wishes to them.
