The only place where you can learn a lot of things apart from college. The constables here are so kind they offer you tea and wont ask you to pay for it. If youre a student and had done something wrong which can be sorted out without filing a complaint they help you so that you wont risk your future with a criminal record. They also provide counseling to the people who dont know what to do with their life.
