Hi I had my pcc to be issued from Chandanagar police station pune.I was contacted by Sheetal Mahangade she was very polite and requested me the documents and done the verification very quickly.She is the best ever person I came across with quick response always.Thanku mam so much and this is best experience i have ever got.

Excellent service. The policemen and women were really polite. These people are setting an example. We went there to do police tenant verification and surprisingly I got the work done in half an hour. I noticed the politeness and humbleness with which the police treated poor victims. Hats off to Chandan Nagar police station!

I visited Chandan Nagar Police Station for my passport. They messaged me a day before to come with listed documents with time slot. A very clear communication about what to bring while coming to police station for verification. I was on time for my slot and so was the police staff. They have a separate section all together for passport verification. My documents were verified in a matter of 15 min and it was done !!!I would suggest to be nice to them if you want to get the same behaviour from them and do not go with an image of Police which movies or your relatives portray as :) !

Got my son and spouses passports without any hassles or requests at the new Station. The department head seemed to be genuinely good with military stars, at least a middle-class or higher perspective. But process can still be further improved.

Excellent Support. I called 100 for a issue at 3.00am at morning. Received support with 6 mins and police closed issue within 1 min of arrival. Kudos.

Visited Chandan nagar police station for wifes Passport Police Verification. Very helpful staff, provided all the information required, Very Important DID NOT ASK FOR MONEY...!!! Visited P.S. thinking will have to pay money but the officer just asked for Documents, verified them, provided information required without any attitude and yep.. it was done.Nice experience.

Hi Had apply for Passport and my address comes under Chandan nagar Police Station.Experience was really professional, I received a text from Mr Chandane, one day prior and document that will be required, time mention was 10am to 12.30. The next day at 10.30 I received call from the officer and he was at the Society and within 10 mins my Police verification was done. I appreciate he being on time, and the easy with Passport Verification was processed.He was really generous and polite, appreciate the way things went.Jai HindJai Maharashtra.

Staff is really good and polite.they listen to your problems calmly..u may feel generation gap with some senior officers..except that they are really good n attentive towards their duty..they gave me assurance dat they wil take proper action..feeling relax..

This morning I called them at 7:30 to complaint about the loud music being played at the corner of the road. They responded within 30 mins and the music was shut. Amazing service. Jai Hind.
