SERVICE is the heart of all business n my experience is very much bad with Elements Sanitations at the time of purchase they called me more then hundred times 😡 and committed to give service max in 24 hours but when I called him in emergency they just take me casually and inform that there electrition is not available this is not the way to treat there customer infact they talk very rudely n stating that we are not giving any service. Disappointed.. .. Personally no to suggest anyone to take any product from there.
After sale service is very poor and very rude behavior of staff, specially front desk manager mr nitin dont know that how to talk with customer, personally never to suggest anyone to buy any product from there
