Worst sales service.During pandemic times also they are not taking the ownership of their mistakes instead they push it on the customer.The staff is ill-mannered and what is more shocking is that staff members buy this attitude from the owner itself.Owner/Manager of this shop has talk to the customer like he doesn’t care what customer think and his business won’t affect from a single customer.

The representative was very rude.He was talking to me as if i wont be able to afford the product and was least interested to assist me in the purchase.

Pathetic sale & service.Please dont purchase anything from here. they dont keep their commitment.I ordered 45 days ago with advance payment and still they are unable to provide my items. Now i am stuck with them. Even they dont pick up your calls.So please don’t trust their commitment.Really frustrated from their assurances.They are spoiling JAQUAR brand name.

There are variations in the price list during next visit in all selective products. Need more improvement on customer service.

If you’re looking for the worst service then this is the place. I’ve been there twice and the staff was least interested to show the products. We waited for around half an hour for them to show us the products. Just because of them I’m not gonna trust Jaquar with customer satisfaction anymore. The service is not even worth one star. Even for a transaction for more than 20K the guy on the billing counter wanted cash payment not even by card or cheque, only cash payment. Highly disappointed.
