Bought a 0.5hp kirloskar open submersible pump from them...From the very first day the pump was not working ask them to send someone from company but for almost 7-8 hours nobody was there though they said that the person will come in 3-4 hours...Then made the complaint my self and got it repaired... The pump again stopped working after a single run....The pump was jammed at their shop only and their sales guy said it will work when you will put it on... My money ₹6000 wasted....Can never ever recommend anybody to buy from them they neither know how to talk to customers nor their sales guy, helper are trained that way....Nor they care about working of products once they are sold...Better go to Pranav marketing in new siyaganj.... Or Asian that i learnt from the person who came to repair the motor....Bad experience... Not recommended
