Reliance fresh is situated at 5 minutes walking distance from my home, so we often shop here .fresh vegetables , fruits are available . grocery and household things are available .bakery items and chocolates are available at reasonable rate .

This is a branch of Reliance Fresh supermarket. Its easily identifiable from the road, but if u r approaching from Satya sai Square, u will hv to go on the wrong side for a bit (like all vehicles were doing) or go till Bombay hospital square n do a U turn like I did. Because of thw haphazard traffic the situation gets a little dangerous.This used to b a good place but its become dilapidated.Parking is in very bad shape. They hd good parking space, but the flooring has degraded beyond repair. Also the electric wires are hanging too low. So if u r wid kids better watch out for danger of electrocution.The insides of the store have lost the upscale look n stuff is arranged haphazardly. Also they r understaffed nd u will hv to fend for the stuff on ur list. Like soya chunks, I wanted two packets n had to grab from two separate far away racks. Also their stock is low. I had easily got 500g cheese cubes at low rates which this store dint have.The veggies were in bad state n the staff was busy salvaging (questionable practice!!!) whatever appeared gud.They hd only 2 counters open for billing n the staff was far frm courteous. All of them appeared irritated tht they hd customers n seemed purposefully slow at their job.All in all I wud advice u to avoid this Reliance fresh. If u hv to, then dont buy veggies...u can go for packaged food.

Its good but they have very limited fresh vegetables in evening and they wont have any setting chairs for senior citizens. Rest the stuff is not very coordinative and friendly. But you can find lot of things for grocery under one roof.

Open pretty soon in morning at 7am and get most stuff on low prices

As always reliance fresh is good lots of stock... staff is well behaved... prices are economical and competitive... products of many categories are available... 1 star less is because all the sales and billing counter are not operational... that unnecessary creates longer ques and delays.. parking may become problem sometimes.

Our experience was very bad... There was no fresh vegetables like cucumber and oranges and packets which contains to fill vegetables and fruits are not good.. Need effort to put veggies in packet... Its a good place for daily grocery shopping, just that it gets crowded sometimes. You get all daily grocery items at one place, but sometime you wont get fresh fruits and vegetables

Very bad staff no customer service... Billers run away seeing customer is coming for billing... Most of the time they ask for cash payments or paytm.. Swipe machines dont work... Long queues for tagging vegetables dont expect this from a reliance store at Vijay Nagar location... Manager should take the responsibility and regional manager should be well informed about the poor staff behavior and store management.

It was good grocery and vegetables super market 2-3 years ago.But poor customer management and untrained staff down its rating among the customers.No attractive offers to cutomer and vegetables and grocery price are also high as compare to other super market near by.I was regular customer of reliance fresh 2-3 years ago hope they will correct their mis management and will back.It have plus point of good location.

Nice place. Just a little delay when there are a lot of customers in the evening and rush hours. I used to buy Sachi and Amul milk form here that gets out of stock before 8 30 pm. Almost everything for daily use can be bought form here.
