Their staff has to be more helpful to customers. ..many times staff are more unprofessional. First the security behaviour is so bad that he creates a negative feeling with the attitude. ..second the floor staff are very rude and have already complained to their management but not sure what action has been taken. ..I believe my neighbourhood Kirana shop is more friendly than the staff of Reliance...they are nice and professional with you only when their senior management visits them..I have experienced this one...Reliance has to improve a lot on their customer service

Most of grocery items easily available, but one thing that I dont understand, why all reliance fresh market in indore are congested? They must be spacious, Secondary they are little expensive compare to Metrowholesale and Dmart.

Very horrendous experience visiting after an year.The server was down so I was asked to come again and was denied the goods even on advance deposit.A senior citizen was asked to commute again where as some favourite people of Manager .s Pallavi were given the goods without any bill.Very shameful.Dont feel like visiting again.

Variety of items but much attention required at time of billing

The store provides with wide range and variety of products. Stock availability has imprived over the last year or so. However, the services are pathetic. The billing is slow and when crowd builds up and there is a customer issue, the manager (instead of facing the customers and resolving their issues) runs away to her cabin at the back of the store. The staff doesnt have the requisite training nor maturity to handle customer grievances. Shop at your own risk and pray that there is no problem at the time of billing.

I would say about well organized reliance fresh that product, Quality and prices wise store is good but the terrible experience which i have faced at store was staff behaviour, Really horrible if i wouldnt be stay back at that time while i went for shopping at store the staff could have beat me as they were suppose to do manhandling and very rude on language and behaviour. I would not go again to that store ever and wont let go my friends and family to that jio mart which is located near Mahindra showroom scheme no 114. Pls guys dont go to this store ever if you dont want to face these kind of issue

I am giving 4 stars only as few things are not available and few things are not placed nicely, its a bit messy. Vegitables are not in good condition. Staff members are good as they help you whenever you need. I visited few days back and no soft drink was available and that was a bit disappointing thing.

Reliance Fresh stores at Pune offers good quality, competitively priced vegetables and groceries.However, there is very little car parking .They should shift their stores at nearby locations where there is adequate car parking space.On Sunday mornings the aisles inside are clogged with crates even an hour since opening. The check out takes 30 to 45 minutes on Sunday morning and during rush hours on week days as well. They should man all the check out counters on rush hours. They should train their staff to recognize all items without having to refer to supervisor. Their product promotions does not mean cash clerk has to leave her post to fetch free add-ons on purchase above a certain amount.Good for veggies.
