Its ok for night only for sleeping purposes. its google location is wrong. It take you to another place. first take the Oyo number, take location from hotel then you can easily reached. its near Radisson blu

Everything was ok but the bathroom and bedsheet was very dirty and unhygienic. But the staff was good, there was geyser in the bathroom, nice location and easy to reach. If you go there by car then you have to manage your parking by your self.good.

Booked via oyo, was told that as you booked via oyo, hence only small room is available. They said you shouldve paid us rather then oyo, but now that you have paid oyo, we wont offer the same room, and either take the small room or leave.Staff was extremely rude, be ready to be treated like a beggar over there if you paid online on oyo, they treat you like someone homeless, whos just looking for a shelter for a night.After wasting a lot of energy talking to oyo support they gave me another hotel.

Nice hotel and room cleaness is good.hotel staff is very cooperative and complete requirements for happy customers.its situated in noise free area.all facility available in Vijaynagar area.everytime I visit this hotel.

All the basic amenities were great and its location is good. It is situated in a proper residential area so safety wise 5 stars (thats what i feel).Everything is under 2 to 3 kms.Dont take rooms of ground floor, its really noisy there.They first tried to stick me with ground floor rooms.

Hotel is good, located away from main road. Rooms are big enough. Staff is good and polite. Washroom was clean. The only problem is with power load thats why a bit disappointed. Had an pleasant stay.Overall it was a pleasant stay despite power load problem.

Worst hotel service... hotel receptionist a 15 year old boy asked and took extra money during check in. gave fan cooled room while I booked for AC room. frequently asked for 5 star ratings. poor lighting in room. no mirror in room. uncleaned room with hair spread everywhere, dirty bedsheets and pillow cover, leakage in washroom. charged 80 rupees for poor quality tea. unreasonably high priced food menu. unknown location on map, even Zomato and ola guys faced difficulty and were unaware about the location of hotel when I booked and ordered something. overall a bizarre and terrifying experience. wont suggest anyone to go for it.

Staff is good and cooperative. Rooms are spacious, clean. Clean washroom. Overall experience was good. Had a pleasant stay. Value for money.Spacious, clean and tidy room as well as washroom.

Rooms were dusty and toilets were not clean. And the manager was rude. I suggest the owner to provide proper training to the manager on how to care for cx.And they say that they are facing a great loss due to oyos rate list as cheap cx are ruining their rooms. well in that case its not the responsibility of the next cx to clean the room himself or adjust to whatever room he gets.Manager should make sure every room is cleaned properly for the next upcoming customer.They showed their regular rates starting from 999 Rs for a basic room but trust me no customer would pay even 99 rs for such dirty rooms.Please check the rooms before booking.

Great service, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Good Morning, I had a pleasant stay here.All the hotel staff are cordial & were helping.Its location is in centre of the city and connectivity is very good for getting good food,cab,transport etc.

Booked oyo by prepaid. This hotel isnt associated with OYO. Then i booked by cancelling by booking and the hotel staff is rude and place is worst. Extremely worst experience especially this hotel staff and oyo.

Rooms filled with dust. We had to do dusting ourselves before we asked them to change bed linens. About 200 mosquitoes attacked us as if we entered in their territories. Bathroom is so stinky that anybody can get fainted by entering. Could not sleep whole night. Horrible experience. Please nobody choose this hotel even if websites show beautiful pictures.
