Divya Vihar is super build area in indore. Properties are good here.

No development, still outside the city...It is the first project by builder/owner, and not a very known source so think twice before investing here. Every agent talking about different price starting from 2200 /sqft to 2700 sqft...I also got to know the half of the land is just empty as its hard for owner/builder so sale these plots.certainly, you can find much cheaper rate just 2-3 km away from this area in a developed society so there is no point wasting money.

Not a good locality overall, away from city and overpriced for the kind of amenities. Except kids playground, there is nothing .....Its very slow development, In last 6 years since this property launched, nothing developed. Builder/owner attitude is terrible so just think about how he will act once you buy property in that area.
