Pathetic...no proper bus stand at star square in rainy days. I was completely merged in rain..no water bottle served in bus on name of covid guidelines..untrained staff.Tickets increased 20% poor services

Best conveyance from bhopal and indore

I have travelled many times from Indore to Bhopal. Their services are good and on time transportation.

Best bus services for all major routes from Bhopal. All AC buses with neat and clean. Well trained staff.

Really appreciate their services. They provide AC busses which are really comfortable. They also have 2 LEDs in the buses for movies so you never get bored

I had worst experience with so called chartered bus service. Are you guys seriously running a business, where you do not care about passenger health. If someone isnt feeling good instead of taking care you tried to humiliate them in front of others. Please teach you staff to be human first.

The person selling ticket at Bhopal railway station office of Chartered Bus was talking roughly. Office is small and not properly maintained.

Chartered is not a name its a brand tour & travell service provider companys buses moved to arround more than 4 to 5 state...

It is clean place.Notice board for proper information for travelling. It is near to alipur. Proper place for chartered bus parking.

Bus service is fine, but those contacts who spoke do not talk properly, if someone takes information about the bus for the first time, then they behave as if we are illiterate, it is a very useless calling experience.

They will pick you through a mini bus to there other bus depot. Then why they this ISBT. Just waisted money.

Isbt is best bus stop for charted and all buses

A small office of Chartered Bus near Bhopal Junction Platform no. 6. There are direct bus from Indore to Bhopal in every 15 minutes. At this place they book tickets for buses departing just after 15 minutes and then they leave you at bus through their own vehicle. Services are so good. Avoid to take a taxi from bhopal railway station, their services are worst.

No proper arrangement of announcements staff having no coordination between the passengers there is a condition of confusion all the time many people missed the bus

I had bad experience with chartered due to cancelled bus after waiting 2 hours in midnight. And at last i had to go by other pvt bus. Otherwise it may be good bus service for bhopal to indore vice versa

See the position of pickup van ..they drop us from railway station to lal ghati bhopal ...after that as we travelled from bhopal to indore inside the bus back side AC was not working. we thought that the bus will be in a fine condition but A.C was not working we felt hot, as it was a sunny day

Pick up is usually delayed. Bus never starts at the given time but they cover up delayed start on the way.They gave very hot water bottle during start of the journey in very hot summers. I recommend not to relay on it.AC in the bus was functioning properly, good seats n luggage handling is also good.

Chartered bus service is best for connectivity with near cities . Bhopal, ratlam, and other 12 cities have good connection. They provide you AC buses and non AC buses for traveling.

In my personal view and my personal suggestion for chartered Stop some improvement is important to improve lalghati chartered Bus Stop bhopal for passenger like firstly sitting arrangment is not better it is important to improve..and second problem in rainy season electronic charging sokit is not work

Not good now as they supposed to be....now they do not drive more than 80kmph...now they are not as fast they were known for..... seriously it feels so irritating that of you consume that much tine to reach bhopal then for what you are charging that so high ..... doesnt make any sense to use charted.... highly unsatisfied...

You just come out from Bhopal railway station platform no.6 and take left walk 200 m towards to chartered bus booking office. Your easily that buses to dhar,ratlam, etc.. and very good shuttle bus service also.

Took bus for bhopal, 2+1 AC Sleeper. Bus was clean, with air suspension push back.Although it was night during journey, so the place where it halted for break was not good, clean and with good food. Although bus service is good.
